I won 5 free windows at the Home & Garden Show and ended up replacing several others to match. They are beautiful and I am extremely satisfied.

Install process was fast and clean. The installation team was friendly knowledgeable and mostly concerned with the quality at their work.

They were very professional and did a really really good job on them we love them and best of all they had good customer service.

Selected this vendor to replace all the windows in a 4 unit condo building after getting quotes from 3 competitors. They were not necessarily the cheapest, but they did offer a lot more for the money. We ended up purchasing triple pane, double hung Alside Preservation Energy Max windows (to replace the original windows from 1950). Pat, from American Weathertech came out several times to do a presentation - was very professional, not high pressure at all, and sold us on the windows and their service - the windows have a complete lifetime guarantee that is transferable. The condo association agreed to do business with American Weathertech, and everything went very smooth through the the whole entire process. First, Alside came out and measured all 36 windows, as they had to customer ordered. Once the windows were received, they were all installed within 2 days. Installers (from Alside) did an excellent job and were very professional. Cleaned up after themselves, were also on time and very easy to work with. These windows have made a huge difference and we could not be more pleased with our decision to go with American Weathertech! The overall process from their presentation, selection, window procurement, and installation took approximately 5 weeks. So far, everything has been great, with no problems being experienced.

Outstanding. This is a very good company to work with. The office personnel,sales staff and all the work crews were very polite, professional, efficient and focused on a quality work job. No Pressure. Combine all this with quality materials and the result was a magnificent project that is very attractive. We are very happy with our home which looks even better than new. Our Immaculate transformation is complete and I am more than satisfied that I hired this company. Highly recommended. We could not have asked for a better job. Every small detail was addressed and the minor issues that occurred were quickly handled. Job WELL DONE!!!

They were very efficient, easy to communicate with, and professional...absolutely no complaints!

Excellent work and followed up twice with detailed instructions. One follow up was a year later. Another 2 yrs later. Very happy with their product and service.

They kept the house fairly clean, even with the snow outside. While they generally cleaned everything up, with the snow, etc. there were window fragments (from the old windows), some nails and plastic pieces that they missed, so you will need to go behind them, after the weather breaks to get some items up. They damaged a faucet on the tub, but had a guy come out and fix it. They were prompt in coming back out and adjusting some the the windows after the initial installation. Make sure you check all the windows for functionality shortly after the installers leave so that you can get any adjustments done quickly. i'd also check again in the summer.

Overall they were excellent. I would absolutely use their service in the future.

I had several quotes for replacements windows from multiple companies but didn't feel completely comfortable until an American Weathertech salesman stopped by to demo their windows and give me a quote. Although I did feel that the price was somewhat steep, the $1500 tax credit helped offset the expense and made it more affordable. The windows are beautiful and do add appeal to the house. I have great respect for this company as they kept their appointment time and their quote didn't change a single cent as often does when having home improvements done. My only complaint is that I am not getting the guaranteed 30% energy savings that was stated in the paperwork. None of my energy bills have dropped, so it's probably time to have an energy audit done to find the reason for this. I do have the option to take advantage of the energy savings guarantee that American Weathertechs offers, but I haven't put forth the effort to do it yet. Overall, this is a class A company.

All aspects of the job went very well. All appointments were on time including the initial sales meeting and measurement of the windows. The install was great, arrived exactly on time at 9:00 am, checked all measurements before starting, had all windows installed and cleaned up by 4:30- 4:45. Windows look good, seem well made. Will be very interesting to look at heating cost this coming winter and cooling costs next summer

They were efficient, receptive to feedback whether it was positive or negative. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

They seemed to do a really good job. The windows seem to be very good quality. They did want us to do some advertising for them because we have a corner house and they were just moving into our area. We were told that we got a deal on our windows in exchange for the advertising, but I am not sure that really happened. They never did show up with the advertising products.

Everything worked out in the end. The salesman said we could use the windows for 20 to 30 days before paying for them. Well, during the inspection, we found that the windows were damaged. They sent a crew out and they had to repair all of the molding around all of the windows. I was, however, impressed by the way they tried to make everything right.

A door to door salesman told us that they were looking for a few show homes in the area, that would be used to showcase their work as they tried to expand the business. If we signed up in the next three days, we would get windows for 35% below cost and pay no labor. When they came for contract signing the windows, they came up with $8,900 for 15 windows, not a great deal. When they came for measuring, the man added a missed window to the measurement sheet. The salesman then called back and said they need to add one window to the contract for $400 bringing the total from $6,500 to $6,900. I have saved this phone message. I have talked several times to Steve, based on the $400 per window, I do not feel I got the special rate for being a showcase home. I would just suggest anyone using this contractor, realize what they say needs to be in writing.

I scheduled the work on a day when it was warmer, for January. Three men brought out all of the windows, which were custom made. They remeasured everything, again, before they started, put down tarps, and removed the old units. While installing the new windows, they insulated around each unit, sealed and trimmed each one. All windows were installed from the inside out, with the final fitting to my vinyl and brick on the outside. They worked on the second floor first, doing only one or two at a time, so as not to lose all the heat from my house. They crew seemed experienced, and courteous. The total installation took about five hours.
