I did not have the choice because of my relocating . This crew was from Indiana Jason & Jason crew, I don’t think they did a very good job when they had to deliver the goods. It was a horrible experience. Items were damaged and sometimes that is inevitable but there attitude was it was okay to damage the furniture, walls, and floor just because it was heavy., I don’t believe they came prepared to move our stuff into our home. It was poor planning on their part. I would never use their services again, if I had a choice.

It was amazing. Julie and I started communicating via phone and email about a month in advance. I felt she offered us a very fair price for the service that they performed.. and that was after price shopping, so I felt really good about it. Just before I was going to "book" them I noticed that someone else had given them a bad rating. I called Julie, got her side of the story and told her I was willing to proceed. She assured me that we would be thrilled with their service and we absolutely were. I wasn't present during the move, but my husband said the two men that came to move our stuff were both professional, polite and had such a sense of urgency... he couldn't believe it. Said they were almost running thru the house to get it out as quickly as possible. All without so much as a scratch or dent on anything. We will absolutely use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Particularly if you are on a budget as their prices are great. Also, we ended up having more items for them to move and we were still thrilled with the price. Thanks to Julie and her team!

It was a disaster. I called them about 6 weeks before we wanted to move. My only criteria was that they be able to move my piano. When I called them, they said yes they moved pianos; they asked me what kind of piano I had, how many steps we had inside/outside. They seemed pretty thorough. I called them a second time about 3 weeks before the move to give them a complete itinerary of items they needed to move. I called them a third time to update that itinerary, which is when they asked me whether we needed them to move our piano bench as well. Day of the move was a Saturday, and they were suppose to arrive between 12-2. They didn't show up until after 3:00 p.m. When the movers arrived they said they did not move pianos (!) My husband called Red Ball's Columbus office and talked to them and told them that the sole reason we chose them was because they said they *did* move pianos. The man at the Red Ball office became extremely rude toward my husband, telling him that this was our problem because they didn't move pianos. He shouted at my husband, and we ended up canceling the entire order. The movers themselves were polite and apologetic, but the company personnel were very unprofessional and very rude. They were completely unbending. We will never use them again.

THE CUSTOMER DID CALL 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO GET AN ESTIMATE. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT ACTUALLY SET UP THE MOVE TIL THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE WAS SUPPOSED TO OCCUR. THERE WAS NO PIANO MENTIONED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE. TO ENSURE SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS, WE ONLY SEND OUT 3 MEN CREWS, NEVER 2 MEN CREWS TO MOVE PIANOS. SO, OF COURSE OUR MOVERS WOULD HAVE SAID, NO, WE DO NOT MOVE PIANOS WITH ONLY 2 MEN. THEY WOULD HAVE RAN THE RISK OF HURTING THEMSELVES AND DAMAGING THE PIANO. WE DO NOT HAVE PERSONNEL IN THE OFFICE ON SATURDAYS. THE DRIVER CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM, SINCE WE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PIANO: THE CUSTOMER WAS GIVING THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE WHEN WE COULD GET A 3 MEN CREW OUT TO THEIR HOME OR TO CONTINUE THE MOVE WITHOUT US MOVING THE PIANO. THE CUSTOMER GOT VERY UPSET AND CANCELED THE MOVE. THE DRIVER, GAVE THE CUSTOMER A COURTESY CALL TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE. I AM VERY APOLOGETIC THE CUSTOMER FEELS THEY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OUR COMPANY BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO GIVE ALL DETAILS WHEN SETTING UP A MOVE.
