Incredibly fast, courteous, professional, and fun. They finished very quickly, always smiled, and were very personable. Everything went very smooth and was a true pleasure. I could not have asked for more from the initial contact with this company to the end shaking of hands with the fine gentlemen that did the heavy lifting. When I move next, this will be the very first call I make.

Damaged tiffany lamp and would not accept responsibility and pay for repair. Charged extra $70 while crew stopped to get food and drink, then said this was company policy. All of this after performing 4 moves totalling several thousands of dollars for my family.

They did a good job for a fair price. I have used them now three times. I would use them again. They were careful and respectful, reliable arrangements. We had three men for 2 hours for $420. They helped a lot with the unloading too. A couple of the pieces were quite a challenge with weight and stairs but no problems.

Everything went well. The move was done quickly and without damage to my belongings. Would definitely hire again. I recommend this company.

I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by everyone in this company, from the person who took my call to the movers who delivered our furniture. The two-man crew, consisting of Jason and Bell, arrived promptly on time, having called to tell us they were en route. They were friendly, energetic, efficient, and professional. They handled all of our furniture with care, taking the time to wrap each item in blankets. They communicated with each other often throughout the moving process, which helped them avoid hitting walls, scraping doors, etc. They were done in less time than the original estimate given. I would definitely use this company again.

This company is fantastic from scheduling to the end of the move! The 2 men that we had were awesome, they were very friendly, funny, professional, and quick but careful with our stuff. We would hire them again for sure! So happy we chose this company. Thank you!

Second time I've used American Moving and Storage. They are prompt, polite and professional.

Absolutely, unbelievably incredible. Two guys showed up with a 26' truck and packed my entire 3-bedroom house--including a gas grill, patio set, snowblower, and generator, and at least 75 boxes--and then drove it 30+ miles and unpacked all of it into my new house. They did all this in just over 5 hours, which even includes the 45 minutes of drive time, all for exactly $600, which includes a half-hour Angie's List discount. The guys were really friendly and super high-energy, and they worked FAST. I can't imagine ever hiring another mover as long as this company is in business. The big-name moving companies would have charged at least double. Hands-down probably the best service provider I've ever hired.

The process was smooth, easy, and fast. The guys were very professional, respectful, nice and clean! They took the time to wrap delicate furniture as well as furniture with moving parts very carefully and securely. They worked hard non stop and actually finished the entire move in less time than expected. My things were delivered untouched and no damage. They took direction well on where I wanted my items placed at the final destination without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this company for any future moves for myself, friends, and/or family.

This is the second time we used Chris and Stephan who we requested by name, because of willing, helpful and efficient protection of our possessions. Including a difficult to handle up and down washer/dryer combination. This was a partial move, and we will use them again.

Amazing! This was an excellent company to use for moving and we were more than impressed. Everyone was very professional and gentle with our belongings. With two moves I assumed something would have been damaged/scratched but everything was damage free, with both moves, which is awesome and much appreciated! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move!

I found American Moving on Angie's list and they had over 400 outstanding reviews. I can't say enough good things about how easy they made everything for me. I spoke to Oscar over the phone and he took inventory of what I was moving and put together a quote. The final price was slightly more because they did have to make a second trip which took extra time. I will say they packed the truck like Tetris pros though. When the team arrived they didn't spend much time coming up with a game plan. They got right to work. Not only were they hard working all 3 were very friendly. As they unloaded everything was setup were and how I wanted it. I'm talking beds. TV etc These guys were literally jogging back to the truck as they unloaded. They understand your paying good hard earned money for their time and they do NOT take advantage of that. I don't think they initially anticipated having to do a second trip and I know I would have been exhausted. But they kept the same pace he entire day. I highly recommend their services. I will never move myself again. It is well worth the money and they truly are professionals I. What they do. Mike the lead and driver has 15 years of experience and it shows. You can tell they have been working together for years and aren't some college kids making money through summer. They literally have their own language and telepathic powers and it's amazing how easily they moved some big heavy items up and down stairs. They will treat your items like they were their own. Advice for those moving:-----Learn from my mistakes. Be sure to have EVERYTHING you can boxed this makes the move go faster and easier. A few items broke which was completely my fault from throwing things into open top bins last minute. -Be sure to label every box. Several boxes I didn't label and though this seems small it's a pain in the you know what to have to do work such as move boxes around the house because of not planning properly. -Also be right there with them as they unload. They move quick and it helps them and you to direct. At time I was off on work calls etc and some items were placed in the wrong room. Completely my fault but word to the wise be there to direct them so your not stuck shifting boxes around after you move in. If you take my advice you could literally sit down and relax when they pull away. They will have everything where it needs to be setup and working.

Great! We used American Moving a few years ago and really liked our experience so we decided to go with them again. Also, I've never needed their storage service, but I suggested them to my mom for that service and she has enjoyed using them too.

Perfectly. Crew as professional, efficient, pleasant, helpful, excellent customer service!! Some uniquely heavy items were also moved, no damage of anything and job was done in less time than originally anticipated. They made the move fun, I can't say enough about how good this experience was from initial contact with Jeff Frank to the last item arriving safely.

The team was on time - very efficient. They were very attentive to ensure nothing was damaged and set up at the new location. Great team and great service!

Spoke with employee named Oscar for initial quote and informed me they could take apart and put together a swingset for part of move; also said they could do Saturday moves for an extra $10/hr and that they didn't need more than a week notice. When called to actually schedule the move two weeks out, we were told by Jeff that they couldn't take apart and put together the swingset and they did not want to do our move because of a steep driveway. Simply said "yeah, Oscar tells people a lot of stuff things can be done but really can't be." Very unprofessional. Will be using one of the many other moving companies out there. Do not recommend.
