They kept me waiting all day from 8:50am till 7:50pm to remove my snow but they text me a text that it’s already done when it wasn’t. My neither cleared a little portion so we could pass through but there was heavy snow all around. I called , pleaded, sent messages that I cannot get anyone this late after they had left me stranded. They completely ignored me
