Description of Work: Someone shot a BB gun into the front bay window. The BB got lodged in-between the two panes - fortunately! AIG replaced glass and even showed me that my windows tilted in for cleaning. Had no idea as these weren't the typical "replacement" windows I was familiar with. In addition, the gentleman also gave me a referral to have the bay window repaired for when my dog is no longer jumping in/out.

Description of Work: Aig was the company my contractor uses for glass showers. We were remodeling our bathroom so needed mirror and seamless glass for the shower installed. AIG came and measured taking at least 30 minutes to measure shower. He said it would be two weeks to get the glass and install it. A date was set but day before installation they said glass didn't arrive on the truck. Then they said 10 day delay. Thy did arrive on rescheduled date and installed mirrors and part of shower glass but the glass door did not fit. The guy who measured apparently did not adjust his measurements for the larger hinge being used on door. He said he would reorder and it would be installed in 10 days. 10 days later no glass--once again non on the truck supposedly. They were to track it down and call us back. My contractor had to call them twice for status. Finally another 8 days later and glass installed. Glass looks great but what should have taken 2 weeks took about 6 weeks. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating.
