+ -1 moreComplaint Description: Issues arose from the start and ranged from messy worksite to issues of loose, miscut, mis-set, and uneven tiles. We informed the contractor/company of all known problems; they always sounded confident over email and promised to fix the issues. Instead contractor caused damage, including sealing grout haze into the tile permanently. Company refuses to accept responsibility for the damage or to repair. Having no confidence left in their ability, we have resorted to seeking the help, advice and services of more professional installers to complete the work and correct problem areas. The estimated completion time was less than one week but the project was not completed after almost 3 weeks. Contractor requires 50% down payment before beginning the project and accepts CASH ONLY.
Description of Work: This company was hired to complete a tile project in our hall bathroom and master bathroom; floor, tub, and shower.
