AMERICAN-EUROPEAN PAINTING

He was very prompt and professional - no major complaints. The only issue was that he painted our pantry door and now it doesn't stay shut properly. He made an attempt to fix it, and had I made a bigger deal about it I'm sure he would've tried to resolve the issue. His explanation made sense and our home is older so we accept the qwerks, but it was a minor let down.

Polite, responsive and punctual. Inexpensive relative to other companies interviewed. However, attention to detail is poor. For example, had to ask painter to return repeatedly to fix edge lines on walls/trim. Also had to clean up a number of paint drops on wood floor and windows. In fact, three weeks since the job was completed we are still working on cleaning up the edge lines, counters and floors.

The crew was excellant, very timely, thorough and clean! I'd recommend them highly!

PAUL WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE WHICH INCLUDED ALL PAINT AND SUPPLIES NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE ALSO FIT US IN HIS SCHEDULE SO THAT WE COULD HAVE OUR NEW PLACE PAINTED BEFORE WE MOVED IN AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THEY PATCHED SEVERAL LARGE HOLES IN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES BEING ADDED ON TO THE BILL. (WE REMOVED SEVERAL OLD OUT OF DATE UGLY LARGE BUILT IN INTERCOM PLATES IN SEVERAL ROOMS AND A LARGE EXHAUST HOOD IN THE KITCHEN LEAVING SEVERAL GAPING HOLES). THEY FINISHED A DAY AND A HALF EARLY. THEIR WORK WAS FANTASTIC. I PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. I DID GET FOUR ESTIMATES AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO RECOGNIZED THE FACT THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS A SMOKER AND EVERYTHING NEEDED PRIMED BEFORE PAINTED. HE WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF THE ESTIMATES, BUT HE WAS NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE EITHER.

GREAT JOB! PAVEL WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH - VERY PROMPT, FAIRLY PRICED, QUIET (I'VE GOT CHILDREN WHO NAPPED DURING THE JOB!) AND CLEAN. I'D RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
