+ -1 moreTHERE ARE MANY THING GOING WRONG WITH THE HOUSE. THE CARPET IS BUNCHING UP, MY YARD IS UNEVEN AND WHEN THEY PLANTED GRASS IN MY BACK YARD, IT ALL WASHED AWAY. ALL I GET IS THEY WILL CALL ME BACK.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A NEW HOME FOR ME IN OCT 2004.

+ -1 moreAFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT TO PURCHASE THE HOME, WE FELT THAT THE COMPANY PROVIDED LITTLE TO NO GUIDANCE OR ASSISTANCE WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE NEW BUILD PROCESS. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR WAS FANTASTIC, WHICH MADE THE PROCESS SOMEWHAT BEARABLE. MAJOR GAS LINE EASEMENTS WERE NOT DISCLOSED, CERTAIN CHANGES AND UPGRADES WERE NOT MADE AVAILABLE TO US THAT WE FELT SHOULD HAVE BEEN (E.G, FOR LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING), AND IN GENERAL THERE WAS NO ASSISTANCE WITH THE HOME BUILD PROCESS UNLESS WE SPECIFICALLY SOUGHT THEM OUT AND FOUGHT HARD TO GET THEIR ATTENTION.
Description of Work: BUILT A NEW HOME FOR US IN NEW ALBANY.
