One of our two cars was stuck inside the garage when this happened. We called All Pro in the evening and were given an option of same day "emergency" service but he said he could fit us in the next morning without the emergency charge. He (Dan) was out the next morning, assessed the problem, and helped my husband get the car out of the garage. He had to order the part, so he arranged to call back and schedule the repair when the springs were in. This all was prompt, and the actual service only took 30 minutes. Dan was very friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to use All Pro again.

My garage door was loud so I purchased this deal. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They also gave me some maintenance tips. The big deal solved my problem and I didn't need any more work done.

We contacted this company through a special for garage door service that they ran on Angie's list. This meant that the technician was to perform a short list of door maintenance services included on the special. However, when he arrived the technician was not aware of the services he was supposed to perform. We got that straightened out through a call to the office and the service didn't create any problems with the garage door, but the whole experience came off as a little slap dab and unprofessional.

Came to the house the same day to fix a garage keypad that had stopped working. Also purchases two new remotes. The tech was able to program the home link buttons in our cars as well. Very Satisfied! Excellent Service!

Our garage door had partially fallen off the track and pulled down part of the track. We called them and someone was at our house within 30 minutes and had the door and track fixed that afternoon. He was very professional and honest. It would have been easy for him to tell us we needed a new track and door (it looked that bad). Instead, he was able to fix it and our garage door works better than it has in several years. I would highly recommend this company.

.Performed services satisfactorily. Tried to straighten track. Door was better but still noisy. Said we would need a better opener for quieter operation. Door is still noisy and jerky in operation. Service did not make that much difference.

They were good. They were courteous, and I don't remember anything negative about them. I asked them if they could replace the lock on my door, and that cost additional. They looked at my garage door, they cleaned the wheels, and the bearings were bad, but they couldn't do much about it, they felt bad because they couldn't do much, because it was a completely different size for the track. They were good, they were prompt, they called before they came, and they did what they could do, they were honest, and I don't think they could point anything more.They quality of service was good, they looked like they had a lot of equipment, and they had pulled it out before they looked at the door. I could tell that they felt back that they couldn't do more.

FANTASTIC...Dan installed a new insulated steel carriage style 16 x 7. The total experience from estimate to installation went smoothly, beyond my greatest expectations. Great! They were able to adjust the door to prevent it from crashing down and re-opening after closing; and I purchased a new remote. It has worked well ever since. Note: The service date is very rough.

It went great. It was a last minute project and they were able to come out the same day and take care of it. We called in the morning and everything was completed by late afternoon. Small repair and garage door opener was taken care of together. They were professional and courteous. We had trouble finding a coupon through Angie's List. They honored the coupon pricing anyway.

It went very well. They actually made two visits, because there was a problem with the door not staying down and popping back up. When I called to report the problem, the second person came out right away to make the proper adjustment at no charge. They were both conscientious, professional, prompt and pleasant with whom to communicate.

Bought this as an Angie's List Big Deal. Timing was good as one roller had broken off and door was not operating smoothly. |When 2 young men showed up to do the work I had my doubts they'd have the necessary experience. Boy was I surprised. They completed the work, went over what they had done, cleaned up any old parts and left me with a much more smoothly operating Overhead Door. (Don't quote me on the date of service - I can't remember but door is still working smoothly over a year after the service.)

They were timely and discussed repair versus replace. They were honest in assessing our situation and we feel we made a good decision based upon their advice.
