Description of Work: I purchased the $99 Garage Door Reconditioning PLUS Roller Replacement Big Deal.

Description of Work: i was a little skeptical at first, when the young lady showed up in her car. (i later found out her company truck was in the shop, and she asked if she could use my can of wd-40 she saw in my garage. but as the appmt went along i was very impressed with her attention to detail and her product knowledge.

Description of Work: A bit of problem scheduling through new Angie List system of scheduling. About 3 weeks after making purchase, I called person to schedule. He was apologetic. She arrived and adjusted and lubricated garage door. Not sure if opener adjusted or not. Did not wipe excess lubricant from door. When I scheduled visit, I specifically asked about getting windows in door. She was not aware or the request, nor prepared. Made call to home office, but couldn't determine door type. Indicated they would followup but never did.

Description of Work: My garage door had come off track a couple of times in the recent past and I was concerned that it would happen again. All Pro Overhead Door Systems were offering a deal to check the door and perform basic maintenance as needed. They did an excellent, thorough job and I highly recommend them to everyone needing this same service.

Description of Work: Saturday morning the garage door spring broke and the door wouldn't open. I called All Pro and the owner answered and said weekend service was extra that was fine but I decided to wait till Monday. They came Monday morning as promised . Nick was very professional and explained everything. replaced the spring and check the whole door. I was impressed because All Pro answered their phone on Saturday and came so soon. The other two companies I called from Angies List never called back till Monday morning. Thank You All Pro for the prompt response and service.

Description of Work: I think i paid $75 for a $150 garage door tuning. I'm glad i did it. They replaced the rollers and the door was a lot quieter. They replaced the roller with a higher grade than what was there and that made a lot of difference. The technician said that it was something that I could do but when he started to do the work, I could see that I was glad he came out to do the work right, the first time.

Description of Work: They were on time as scheduled, courteous and performed maintenance job quickly. Explained what they would be doing and gave additional tips about future maintenance but didn't pressure sales us into additional work that wasn't necessary. Appreciated the job they did.

Description of Work: Went to leave the house one morning, and the garage door wouldn't open. One of the springs had snapped when the door was last closed. The old solid wood 2-bay door with the remaining resistance of the spring was too difficult for me to safely lift on my own. I searched Angie's List, found All-Pro, an they said they could be there in an hour - which they were. He replaced the spring, and oiled and adjusted the rollers and hinges, and it's like a brand new door. Much quieter! I didn't price compare, because I needed someone out there quickly, and they were able to do that. But it seems like a fair price I would definitely recommend them.
