Description of Work: Made a appointment and took 1/2 day off work. Never showed up and never called. I. Called and they said they forgot to put out my order. I wasted vacation time for what.... That alot....

This customer was scheduled 2-4. Our calls are primarily electronically dispatched. Unfortunately the call did not go through to our tech. The customer then called the office a couple of minutes after 4. Our dispatcher confirmed he was suppose to be on schedule and offered to dispatch someone immediately. At which point he told our dispatcher not to worry about it. I was immediately contacted and called the customer to offer once again to dispatch immediately or send someone on Saturday if that was more convenient for him and/or offer another acceptable solution to our error. The customer did not answer the phone so both myself and our dispatcher left messages for him but received no response. We do apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately we are not offered the opportunity to correct our scheduling error. Description of Work: Excellent service. Nick arrived on time, replaced the springs, evaluated the garage door system, and gave me a quote to repair or replace the broken opener. He also added a door handle and adjusted/fixed the old garage door lock. I plan to use them again to install a new opener.

Excellent. I called and explained the problem with the opening, assuming that I needed a new garage door opener. Andy thought I may just need a part replaced. He was able to come out the next day. He found that it was just the part that needed to be replaced. Showed me the broken piece and replaced it with the supplies in his truck.

Quick, painless, professionally done, and affordable.
Description of Work: All Pro was fantastic to deal with. I needed a new door fast and they came out same day for a quote and then the next day to do an installation and haul away my old door. Everyone else I contacted was at least a couple weeks and they were no cheaper. I would recommend All-Pro to anyone needing garage door service.

They came out at 6pm at night, but didn't charge extra for that. They were very professional.

We couldn't ask for a better experience. Joe assisted us in choosing the replacement door, and explained the differences among the doors we had to choose from. They were out a week later to install, removing and hauling away the old door, replacing the rails and installing the new door. Everything went very smoothly and on schedule. We are very happy with the end result and we wish we would have done this much sooner!

Called in the morning with my problem that the garage door opener was not lifting the door properly. They were at my house by noon and found the problem and were done by 1 pm. They explained things to me completely and were very professional.

Andre arrived on time and spent over 2 hours repairing the garage door. We talked for at least 15 to 20 minutes discussing the best way to repair the garage door. He also tried to repair my keypad - it does not work - he tried to recode and spent at least 20 minutes trying to recode the keypad. Andre was very professional and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Andrew Bender re-secured the arm from the genie garage door opener to the garage by securing a new metal plate in a different stress point drilling new holes and using new screws.

They came out within an hour. They told me a spring had been way undersized and gave me a proper spring. They lubricated all of the joints and hinges and showed me how to align the sensors. They told me how to lubricate it myself in the future. They were very fast, very professional, there was no mess, and they were extremely informative. I would call them again.
