I first called another company but was told they were short-staffed and couldn't give me an idea when someone could come out. When I called All Pro, I was told they had someone on another job nearby and they could be at my house between 10 & 11. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional. I was very happy he was able to get here quickly, so I didn't have to miss a whole day of work.

They were very prompt and efficient. They came as soon as they were able to and they were pleasant to speak with. They were great and I have nothing but good things to say.

I think they did a fine job. They got out there pretty quickly. They didn't really try to sell me anything I didn't need. They just made a few suggestions, but were very professional and took care of the problem.

Excellent. I called late afternoon to schedule the service and the technician arrived on time the very next morning. Very professional service. Did what was necessary for effective repair, without any effort to talk me into more than was necessary. In fact, he suggested not replacing the very old opener as long as it remained functional. I appreciated the honest appraisal and will definitely use the company when the opener does need to be replaced.

The service was superb; they came out the same day and fixed the garage door so that it still works. They explained the problem and gave solutions that would keep us from having to immediately replace the door, even though eventually that will have to be done. Other people I called stated they would not be able to come out and that I would have to replace the door which would have cost $1100.

The good: I called a couple of garage door companies on the list because my garage door wouldn't close. It was a Saturday, but I didn't want to wait until Monday because I felt it was a security risk to have my garage door open all weekend. This was the first company to respond and he had a subcontractor at my house in about an hour - pretty impressive. The contractor completed the repairs mentioned above in a couple of hours. I had to call back the next day to make an adjustment because their was a noticeable gap between the floor and the door on one side. The contractor explained that my door was level, but the floor of the garage had settled over the years such that it was causing the gap. I could put a seal on it or he could come back and adjust the door to minimize the gap. I chose the latter and he came and made the adjustment as promised on Monday. The not so good: I fully expected to pay a premium for a weekend call. I had made a plumbing call in the past on a weekend and paid about 3 times the normal service call. I expected this would be about the same scale. I was surprised when I was told the service call would be $295, about 5 times normal. The contractor also offered that, given the age and condition of my door, I should consider replacing it. I gave it some thought and asked him to get an estimate. He made a call and gave me an estimate that I was seriously considering. Especially since this repair would be almost half the cost of installing a new door - it was almost a no brainer. Except I was then told I would still have to pay the $295 service call in addition to the cost of the new door. I declined the new door. Overall they did a good job on the repair and I appreciate the fact I could get service on a Saturday. However I couldn't help but feeling I was part of some economic opportunism.

All Pro encouraged me to buy a used door from a model home, and I wish I had gotten a brand new door. I feel that the quality of the door was not as good as I had gotten from another garage door supplier. However, the installation of the door was good. The guy, Joe at All Pro, was a really good guy. His follow up was impeccable. He was always professional, made sure I was happy from start to finish, he followed up with me after the door was installed. They were not the most organized company, but I would still recommend them to others.

I called because our spring broke on the garage door and they came out the same day. The repairman was there in an hour and after he put the spring on he told me that there seemed to be a problem with the way the gear mechanism was operating. He had me get up on a ladder and look at the bent head which is what is supposed to keep the chain tight and pull the door up smoothly. Sure enough it looked to be bent but how could I be sure? I hesitated to have him fix it but he assured me that if I didn't he would be back in a short time to have to replace it so I agreed. After he replaced it and he showed me how the door opened and shut I was amazed. It sounded like a brand new door. The chain was no longer sagging and clanging and the door silently moved upward. We had a different company come out a few months before to replace the actual plastic gear and according to our repairman from All Pro it was not done correctly and I believe it because I have never seen the door operate that well since we had the garage built. Great service!! I will tell everybody about this company!

About a month and a half after the installation of the new torsion springs, the garage door gradually became a problem by opening half way and when open fully it would then roll back down a few inches. All Pro found the springs to be of the wrong tension and that my door only required one spring as opposed to the two torsion springs that had been earlier installed. I did call the first service company but did not feel comfortable having them return. I then called All Pro.

They corrected the problem very quickly. They did excellent work. I would highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with and cleaned up their mess.

They go out of their way to do a good job for us. Cost listed is for the gear assembly. They are very prompt and are very efficient in getting the job done.

Curt arrived on-time & was courteous. He assessed my garage door needs & recommended installation of extension spring conversion - torsion springs. Yeah, sounds extensive & expensive - though it only took about 2 hours from start-to-finish. He took great care to ensure safety & took care to not damage my car which was trapped inside when the spring broke. He also realigned the tracks for my garage door at no extra charge; moved the door trip so the door would not rub against it when opening/closing; and even added a new hinge to give this old door extra life.

Went absolutely perfect! I would definitely use All Pro for any type of garage door service again!

I thought that using this company was easy. He came over to look at the unit. He determined what the problem was and fixed it. He demonstrated that the door worked several times. I have not had a problem since. I thought that the cost was reasonable.

All Pro was responsive to my call and came out to work on the door the next day. The repairman came at the specified time. He diagnosed the problem and discussed it in detail with me. He completed the repairs quickly, attaching a metal strut to the top panel of the garage door to keep it from degrading further. He did some extra work, at no charge, in adjusting the garage door opener.

I thought it was a very good experience. They came on time and even gave me an estimate for some other work that I needed. They seemed very honest, professional, and friendly.

Based on their discussion and purchasing Lithium grease spray, I have a much more quiet garage door... It is still noisy but I chose the wrong door opener hardware... I also got a couple more options that could help... I was extremely pleased with the service and the recommendations....

I was impressed that although a small company they sent a technician within hours. Andy the technician was courteous and professional.

I appreciated that I did not have to pay a after hours fee for the service. The serviceman also took the extra time to address a few other problems I had with the door. They really above and beyond.

I had had another company and I wasn't satisfied with what they were saying, so I called Angie's List for a new company and this one seemed to have the best price. They were professional and friendly.

They had a rep out within the hour. We were the first scheduled since we could not get the garage door up to get the cars out to go to work. We found that one torsion spring had already cracked/ broken, leading to extra strain on the remaining spring. Both springs were replaced. Work was swift & efficient, & we were able to get the cars out for work within an hour. As a bonus, at no charge, the rep programmed the link in our newest car for the garage, so that we no longer had to use the old hand remote, working with my husband, to show him the steps to remember for the future. When I asked about replacing the old remote for our other car, the rep was able to immediately quote a price & noted that stopping by the shop in person would save us a service charge to drop the remote off at our house. Rep was courteous & explained everything in detail, including an estimate before he started, & warranty after he was finished.
