I was leaving early one morning to get to the airport, and I heard an awful sound, and saw the metal lifter arm of the garage door fall loose at a funny angle as a bolt fell to the floor.. the garage door would not open, it was jammed. I got home a few days later, and called Joe at a 4 pm on a Monday. He said he was busy with a commercial job, but would call me at 6pm to schedule. He called at 6, was at my home very shortly after, and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I think I spent more on taxis to and from the airport than I spent on the door repair.

We called the Sanford & Sons to see why our remotes weren't working. They gave us new remotes, however we were still having problems. Sanford & Sons never made it out to fix this. ALL PRO came the same day that I called them and took care of the problem immediately. They replaced the box and fixed the problem.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. They got the job done quickly. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I called at 8am from work, they called me with an estimate by noon, the job was done by 2 without me being there. I came home to a working door and a clean jobsite.

All Pro went to property for estimate. Gave me a date work would be completed but called back that there was a problem with distributor in getting the panel. It was first believed to be available, but when they went to get the panel it was bottom section and not top. Distributor had to order. There were some communicatons break downs after that point as to when the work would be done. There were a couple dates committed but they did not hit. Then scheduled date, but called and said they would not be able to do it until the day after. The work was well done and the door was pre-primed.

They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

I called about repairs on the old opener. The tech (Andy) came out next day and recommended replacing the opener. About 10 days later I called to schedule the replacement and was informed that, because of a cancellation, they could do it the same day. The tech (Ron) was there within a couple hours and completed the job in about 1.5 hours. He was courteous, professional and thorough and did an excellent job cleaning up the work site. He made sure I understood the features and workings of the opener and explained both the company's and manufacturer's warranties. I would certainly recommend All Pro.

I contacted All Pro this morning (9/3/2009) to schedule an appointment for garage door service/maintenance. I was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. I was told that it would be wise to replace the original rollers which were 20 years old. The work was done quickly and professionally and the door now operates very smoothly. I was quite pleased with the work, as well as being able to schedule an appointment on the same day that I called.

I thought it went very well. The technician was very polite and nice. He got right to work. I called Angie's List to get garage door repair companies today. I contacted them and they came right out.

Called Saturday morning at 11:00 about broken garage door. Said they would be able to come same day between 1 and 3. Called at 2:30 and said they would be coming at 3:30. Came and replaced spring in about 20 minutes. Also lubricated the garage door. Very friendly and professional. Angies List discount took total from 175 to 150.

I called and got an appointment just a day or two later, which was very nice. The guy showed up exactly on time, was very polite, and immediately started to work and readjusted the height and tension of the door even though I didn't specifically ask him. He finished the job in a couple of hours and it's like having a completely new garage door. The horrible shaking and noise is gone. I was not charged for the readjustment of height and tension on the door.

Worker called to estimate arrival time more closley and get directions. Arrived. Fixed the current problem. Also drilled new hole and put in bolts to attached piece that had dislodged because of stripped bolts. Tightened all other bolts. Worker left. Garage door has operated fine ever since.

The rollers on one side of the garage door came off when a bolt on the top came off. The garage door was hanging off and there was a large open area at the bottom. My cats love to sit in the garage when I am home and they could have easily escaped. Plus, I couldn't get my car out of the garage. So, I needed the garage door fixed ASAP. I called Joe around 2:30pm. He said that he could get someone to my house between 4pm and 6pm that day. I was thrilled. Doug arrived around 4:30, quickly figured out what happened and realized he was going to need help. He was going to have take down sections of the door, get the door on the track, and then put it back together. So, he called Tim who arrived as quickly as traffic would allow. Together, they fixed the problem and rehung the door. Doug and Tim were both friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors. Doug gave me an accurate estimate prior to starting work which I really appreciated. He also suggested that I replaced the rollers (they looked old and worn) since I told him I was probably going to keep the door for at least another year. That added an additional $100 to my price but I think it is money well spent. I was very happy with the service I received from this company and will definitely recommend them to others. When it is time to replace my garage door, All-Pro Overhead Door Systems will be the company I call. Thanks to all of you. I am very grateful for the service you provided

Nothing but good things to say about this company. I called them on 5/4/09 and spoke with Joe. He offered to have someone out that same day, which I declined but should have taken...I'll explain in a bit. I set the appointment for 10am-12pm for the next day. Unfortunately I forgot my wife had a doctor's appointment for that next day at 10:50am to listen to our new baby's heart beat for the 1st time. Derrick the technician, arrive at around 10:15am after calling me ahead of time only 10 minutes earlier. He explained the damage and what needed to be done to repair it. He honored a coupon I printed from Angie's List and was out the door maybe 20 minutes later!!! I was still able to make it right on time for my wife's doctor visit...which you will know made the rest of my day A LOT EASIER :) Thank you for the quick and prompt service! When I upgrade my garage door as planned in the near future, I will make sure I call this company 1st!

He was very responsive and we liked him. He was good, but we just decided to not do the project. He was also fair and flexible.

One of my garage door springs snapped, scaring the bejesus out of me. Even though the door still opened with one spring, I figured it would be prudent to get that replaced right away. I called All Pro and talked to Joe. We both thought it would be a good idea to replace both springs. Derrick came at the agreed upon time, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He was on time, courteous and even offered to replace burned out lightbulbs in the garage when he finished.

I was unable to open the garage door. I thought the cable had broken. They gave me an appointment on the day and time I requested. The service man gave me an estimate of $125. when he arrived. When he determined it was only a broken bolt, he only charged me for a service call, $79. He was professional and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

Late on a Saturday afternoon, our garage door started malfuntioning. When the door button was pressed, the door would lift two feet and immediately slam down. After determining that there was nothing that we could do, we consulted Angie's List and decided to call the highly recommended All Pro Overhead Door company. We called expecting to leave a message the head guy, Joe answered the phone! AND he set up a trouble call for early Monday morning? Sure enough, promptly at 9 AM on Monday, we received a call from Doug, who asked for directions to the home. He determined that the torsion bar was definitely damaged and that we needed to either replace the current one, or install a different torsion bar for $380. We opted for the regular torsion assembly since we could have it fixed in one trip next time. He went back and got the parts and scheduled the repair for the next day, but before he left, he helped my husband lift the garage door to get the other car out! The next day, Doug was on time and took 1 hour to replace the torsion bar and get our garage door working again! Thanks Doug and Joe!

The charge was quite reasonable and the work was done quickly. Could not have been a better experience.

When I called, I asked for an appointment on a specific day and late in the afternoon, so I wouldn't miss much work. They gave me a window of 4 - 6 PM. When I walked in the door at 4PM the phone was ringing and the service man said he was on his way. He was very prompt and took care of the problem quickly. He showed me the old part that needed to be replaced. He also lubricated the tracks for me. Since my door has cosmetic problems, I asked about the cost of replacing it, although I don't want to do that right away. He gave me price ranges and explained different kinds of doors, but was not at all pushy or try to sell me a door right now. He was personable and professional.

We were very happy with the work. It cost us $300 instead of $400+ that it would have cost to replace the Wayne Dalton internal spring. I called them early in the morning, and they were able to come out the same day(and it was a day that we had a major snow storm). The workman was very polite and professional. It went great from start to finish. The garage door runs great too(better than before).

A real person answered the phone, asked questions about our problem and then dispatched a person to the house the same day. The technician called when he was leaving his prior appointment. He re-attached the piece to the door. After he left, we noticed that the door was quite fitting at the top. We called the office and they sent him back immediately. He explained that when the piece snapped off, the pressure bent the top steel panel of door so it was now slightly bowed. It needs to be replaced. We have not yet done that but will soon. We live in a condo complex and are now waiting for the management company to give us the name of the manufacturer.

Our garage door failed to open on the day after Christmas. We called at 9:00 in the morning and Curt came out at 1:00 that same day and replaced the springs, allowing us to get our cars out of the garage. He worked quickly and efficiently.

I called All Pro at 9:45am (the only call I made). The lady that answered was friendly and helpful. I told her what the problem was and she said she could have someone out later in the day after 2:00pm. She shared that the call would be $65. Derrick the tech called around 3:20pm and arrived around 3:45pm. We agreed on the work and he finished around 4:15pm. He applied the Angie's List discount and the total cost ended up being $115. Great work and everyone was professional - will call them for any future garage door work.

Called on a Saturday for a strained and loud garage door opener partly due to an out of balance door. Doug came out in about an hour (no extra charge for the weekend) and adjusted the door into balance and replaced the door rollers. This allowed the door to move easier and worked quieter with obviously less strain on the opener. Doug was very informative, helpful and professional. I would use this company again.
