Great experience, called at 9:00 am on a Monday and repair was done by lunch time. John, the repair technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous and professional and pointed out our Angie's list coupon savings which we did not even think about.

When our garage door spring broke our cars were stuck inside (old heavy 2 car steel door). All pro was able to fit us into their schedule to help us out. The serviceman, Tony, was excellent. He was polite and professional. Upon replacing the springs he determined that the original springs that were on the door were not the right kind, which led to one breaking initially. He fitted the door with the correct springs, and also showed me how to check that everything was working properly. His thoroughness prevented what would have most likely been another problem in the future. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Tony called to confirm address when he was on his way. He arrived on time during the scheduled appointment window and quickly and professionally replaced both springs on our door. The Angie's List coupon for $25 reduced the price from $225 to $200.

It went really well. I actually like what they did. The only problem I had was I had an older garage door and garage door opener wasn't working correctly and they thought that they might be able to give me another garage door opener but my garage door opener was so old that they could not link up the actual remote with the receiver on the door. I don't only blame anything saying that it was their fault but it would have been something I would have been able to like them to have been able to do. I'm not saying that it's their fault because my garage door is like old. The workers were very professional.

I was very pleased with their work ? I was in a bind and they came out immediately to fix the old door. When we decided to go with a new one they came out within two days to put it in, and we?re very pleased. The price, service, and workmen were excellent.

He left, promising to be finished by end of day, but came back just over an hour later with the needed springs. He worked for another hour and a half, replacing the springs, tweaking the system, making sure electric eye was aligned, making sure door stopped when interrupted. Door now it works just fine.

I contacted AllPro to get a quote on a new insulated garage door. They responded promptly and came next day to provide a quote. Since i did not want the base style door the representative asked me to look on their website and then call and tell them what i wanted. I called the same day (Thursday) and asked for a quote with a door with and without windows. When i called i was told they were having phone/computer issues so may not get back to me until Friday. On Monday morning i called and requested the quote which was then emailed on Monday afternoon. The quote only listed the door type and was not itemized. I then emailed, asked for a slight change to the configuration and asked for an itemized quote. Joe responded that I would have an itemized quote including the window upgrade next day. That was 3 business days ago and i still have no quote. Whilst i understand people can be busy and i always prefer to support local businesses unfortunately with this lack of follow through and lack of an itemized quote they lost my business.

The company was great. I called in the a.m., around 10:45, and was told someone could come out by 2 pm that day. He arrived early and was at the house by 12:50. He fixed the broken spring, oiled moving parts, and gave advice on how to keep the garage door in good shape for the future. Both the owner (Joe) and the young man who came out (Nick) were a pleasure to work with. Their ability to get to me quickly was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

This company is one of the most professional companies we have used. We have used them several times and every time they call to let us know they are on their way and they resolve the issues quickly.

Woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. Out of town guests scheduled to arrive later the same day. I called at 7:30am hoping to hear a recording with the hours they would be open so I could call when they opened to hopefully get on their schedule. They answered the phone at 7:30 and scheduled me for that afternoon. Service was performed promptly (actually they called because they had a cancellation and came early -bonus for me!). My husband was surprised when I let him know that this was resolved! Courteous, prompt and responsive!!

Nice guy, but didn't know anything about my opener. I guess it's best to ask first if they know your system. That was an expensive "oil the rollers job".

Everything went well. The company was really communicative which made things go smoothly, the technician was timely and friendly, and he did a good job with the tune up in all respects.

Door purchase and phone scheduling went swimmingly. The price was well better than several other installers I called, especially given extra bracing I requested due to wind at our location. Install was a bit bumpy because two of four panels had been damaged during shipment to warehouse, which could only be seen after unpacking on site. The tech apologetized reportedly for the delay and was, in general, conscientious and courteous. He checked all aspects of door and door opener at end of job. We had decided to use existing track since all was in good order, but I had to tweak it several days after install for smooth operation after a weather change, but this was a minor issue and it was my choice to fix issue myself. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

I called to have them come out and investigate why my garage door wasn't opening . The guy on the phone said it was probably a broken spring and that they could come out the next morning. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Sure enough it was a broken spring. They replaced it,lubricated everything and made sure the door was in good working order.

It seems to be working fine most of the time, but on cold days the opener doesn't operate correctly.

Very pleased with service. I received same day service, he wasn't able to fix it that day because he had to order the part, but was able to get the door fixed a few days later. I felt they were very honest, trustworthy and priced competitively. The work was done fairly quickly and he did a great job. We are very happy with the work that was done and would for sure recommend to anyone!

They were highly recommended. I was very pleased with their promptness and their definition of my problem with the garage door. What stood out the most about their service are their punctuality, professionalism, and description of the problem. He did not charge me because there wasn’t anything they could do. It was a question if I wanted to buy a new garage door. He was very fair and honest and suggested that if I did not want to, I did not need to at this time, but I would be needing it fairly soon. He suggested that I call him, told me what was wrong and what I needed. I would definitely call him to replace it and he was here for a short time; he was here probably for less than ten minutes. He was a very pleasant man. I believe that he maybe the owner of the company and he was very professional. I told him that I got his name from Angie’s List and I think that has something to do with the fact that he did not charge me.

They were polite and not aggressive with trying to sell you everything they had. When they came out to give us an estimate they even adjusted our sensor because it looked like it might be off kilter. They were friendly, showed up on time, completely the job in under 4 hours, and charged us exactly what they said they would. We were very happy all around and the door looks great!

The service provider had a little trouble finding my address. I was not much help as I had just moved in. Having said that, the provider stayed in touch as he tried to find my house and still arrived within the service window. The service guy (whose name I forget), made sure that I understood what he was doing for each element of the fix. And made sure that I was satisfied before he left.
