They were very prompt and the technician was friendly and I was totally satisfied with his work until a couple months after the service one of the rollers fell off when I put up the door. I called my "handy man" and he came and put it back on. He also checked the other rollers and told me that he found several more that were NOT tightened as they should be. I consider myself lucky that I was not hurt by the falling roller as it didn't hit me or my car. I would never use this company again. I know the service was performed in 2011 but I'm not sure of the month or day.

Showed up on time, did the promised work and gave me an excellent assessment of the condition of the door, rails and mechanism.

The guys was here the next day. It wasn't a real big job so he go it done in less than a day. We were very happy with him.

They came out to door a garage door maintenance and replace to rollers on my garage door. Prompt, efficient and best of all have not had any issues with the garage door - that has had issues in the past.

They were prompt, professional and fast. Once the service was completed, the technician walked me through what he did and made recommendations on how I should lubricate the door in the future. I think the entire service call took about 30-40 minutes.

Everything was fine. They fixed the issues with my garage door.

He was on time. But I did not like the 3 decals on the garage door. Other then that he was very nice.

Overall the service was good, but there are still some squeaky garage door wheel issues, but I'm not sure if that was part of the service.

The guys were nice, professional and seemd to know what they were doing. However, several weeks later the door began sticking and oftertimes is very difficult to raise (there is no electric opener). I neglected to call them back in a timely matter so I presume it's too late now.

Overall my experience with this company was very good - and I would use their services again. The young man (sorry I can't remember his name) arrived promptly. Very courteous and friendly - and took the time to move the heavier objects in my garage to reach the units. He reassured me that both openers were performing well and were still in good operating order with no need to replace either unit. Her serviced both doors; tightening screws & rollers adn adjusting the tracks, but only the right garage opener needed new gear and sprocket.

It went well and I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

John was outstanding. He was extremely professional and polite from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment. He pointed out everything that he tightened, replaced, straightened, etc. and showed me what to look for in the future. There is no doubt that I would call them again if I needed any sort of repair on my garage doors.

I called on a Sunday night and they were able to fit me in the next day, that was great. Technician was the same as when I used my Angie's List Big Deal and he was prompt, professional and friendly. The reason I gave this a B instead of an A is because after the gear and sprocket fix, I was told the optical eye was not working, so the door would not go down. That was quoted as an extra 20 dollars. However, the old optical eye was not broken before the install. The tech even said the light was still coming on. However, he offered to do it for $5. So I agreed. The install of the eye took 3 times as long as the major fix and I was told that it was then a wiring issue, and I could pay them $50 to re-wire the system. I refused and said I would wire it myself; however, after the tech left, there was no issue with the optical eyes. The garage door was working fine without being re-wired. I am glad I didn't pay another $50 for no reason. Lastly, the pricing was a little high. The part replaced was, at most a $30 part, it took 30 minutes to install and cost $165. That leaves $135 to labor cost for 30 min of work. So, it appears that their labor rates are $270/hr.

John, the serviceman, arrived on time and took care of all the required maintenance to make sure the garage door was operating smoothly for the fall and winter months. I have used All Pro Door in the past and have always been very happy with their work and their customer service.

The person called ahead to verify that someone would be at home.The person arrived at the agreed time and did the work as stated in the advertisement.The company acted in a professional manner and we would be interested in using them again in the future.

In and out in under 2 hours. Would have been sooner but I added the remote keypad that was not part of the original plan.

After buying the Big Deal, 2 e-mails to schedule went unanswered. Once I called though, they were very nice and scheduled me within the week even for this non-rush routine service. John was early, but called first to make sure that it was OK. He was very professional and respectful. He completed the job in about 40 min., including making recommendations for further recommended maintenance with a written estimate without hard selling it. He also reprogrammed all of our remote openers and keypad to make sure that they all worked just as a customer service, which to me would have been worth the total cost alone.

Overall experience was great. He showed up and was very professional and quick.
