These guys were in and out of my garage in less time than it takes to peel an orange. They did replace the rollers, but the garage door still screeches terribly going up and down.

Our garage was built in 1930 and the door opening mechanism has had many problems including the rails coming loose from the side of the garage. In addition to performing routine maintenance, they fixed the rails including crafting parts to reconnect the side rails to the side of the garage. The price was more than reasonable and their solution to the problem continues to work.

Very friendly tech arrived on time, talked to me about the door, did the work for which I'd gotten the Angie's List Big Deal. I am satisfied with the work.

When scheduling the appointment, the serviceman indicated that he could be at our home by 8 a.m. but didn't arrive until approximately 10a.m. which was fine given that someone was home in the morning. He inspected the tracks and rollers and

Looked on Angie's list for a garage door repair that was highly rated and found All Pro . The All Pro repairman replaced the spring quickly. We used All Pro in December of 2012 and again they came quickly and did excellent work .

The technician was on time, friendly and performed the required maintenance in about 30 min.

I called All Pro and they sent a service technician out the next morning. He was courteous, punctual, professional, informative. He repaired the door (the track was bent and a roller had left the track), inspected and lubricated the motor and both tracks, and gave me a $10 discount for being a member of Angie's List. All in all, first-class service in every respect..... UPDATE After a friend accidentally backed into my garage door, and it needed replacing, I again called All Pro. They gave an estimate, returned a few days later and replaced the door, and once again gave the excellent customer service I described in my earlier review. Good personnel, neat, courteous, on time, excellent experience for me all round.

I had purchased the deal in August 2012 but mislaid the details .Angies list did follow up on this but I just didnt get to book it until December 2012. When I called to book it the person I spoke to was not sure if there was a cut off date for my deal .Upon checking this the company decided very quickly that they would honor the deal especially a** I had prepaid. They booked a time and date with me and arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently including the extra spring repair.

This experience went great as I stated above: All Pro was on time, the work was done well and completely, the service technician was polite and congenial and the technician even replaced some missing bolts. My garage door is much quieter and more stable and secure. The technician recommended doing this service every couple of years which I will certainly follow up on. I am extremely pleased with this company and their service.

The service was timely. Did just what they needed to to correct our problem with the keypad. Garage is working better than it has for a couple years. I will call on them again.

I was impressed that the company was able to deal with the problem of the truck breaking down quickly and provide a quality replacement. The replacement said he was happy to fill in, since his company also offers special deals for Angie's List customers and they want to make sure Angie's List customers are well taken care of. I would use this company again.

Job was scheduled for the day after I contacted All Pro. Very pleased with the service. I received a call from Bob saying the guys were running a little bit late. They then showed up when I was told they would, were professional and were very pleasant. No problems and would be happy to have them work on the garage door again, if necessary.

Comprehensive check and maintenance service on operation of garage door went well. The wwork was completed as promised.

It was fine. Came out right way, same day has the purchase. The garage door needed repair and the prices were reasonable. Had a problem and they came back out the same day.

When the garage door failed to close, both at the switch and the remote, I called for service. Within two hours, I had a serviceman here. He knew exactly what had happened - the "eye" had been knocked off the detector system. I could have slipped it back on myself. However, since he was here, at his suggestion, I had him check the system for both garage doors and make a new connection on the one that had slipped off. All in all, good service; pleasant , professional, timely.

Joe arrived promptly to do a garage door tune-up since it wasn't opening properly. He fixed it very quickly and the door has been working perfectly ever since (1 year later, no problems). He also talked with me about the age of the door opener, how much longer I should expect it to last before it would need replacing, etc. I would hire this company again and recommend to others.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to have my garage door checked and reconditioned. Although the technician that came out was perfectly polite and professional, I was left feeling that the entire purpose of his visit was to convince me that I needed an entire new garage door and garage door opener. Because that was his focus, he didn't complete the service and rather than replacing the rollers he was to have installed, he just left them with me to put on the new door. My garage door and opener probably does need replacing but I just felt it was a bit of a bait and switch situation and I was left feeling uncomfortable about the integrity of the company.

Service man was efficient and through in doing his job. Door operated quitter and with less jerky motion than in past. Also lubricated second door and inspected for proper operation.

I purchased a special overhead garage door tune up deal. The techician was great. He arrived on time, was friendly, informative and worked quickly. He tightened all the screws and bolts ( an older wooden door), replaced the rollers and lubricated the chain drive and all other moving parts. The door now operates smoother and quieter with less strain on the motor. I am very pleased with the price, service and performance. I will definitely wil recommend their services.
