Bought the Big Deal, came out and did a great job even though I have a older setup the gentleman was able to get it working right again. I waited to write the review to see if it would get through the winter without a hiccup and it did!

They were professional and I didn’t have to tell them how to complete the job. He knew exactly what to do and he was very clean and courteous.

I needed my garage door opener fixed and time was critical. This place will actually go through some basic trouble shooting with you over the phone to try and help you make the decision of whether you just want a service call or to have them bring out a unit in case they confirm your opener is no longer operable. I decided All Pro was very reasonable in pricing and was also highly rated on Angie's List, so I committed to using them and was able to get next day installation. John and Sam came out to do the installation. Both were courteous, professional and willing to answer any questions in detail that I had. I am thoroughly pleased with the service provided by this company. I hope my new door opener (Liftmaster 3265) will provide the same great service for years to come. This is a good brand of opener. It comes with a 90-day warranty for labor and 1-year warranty for parts. So far, so good; the opener is so much quieter than the old one! Both are chain-driven, but what a difference a brand new unit makes. Be confident in using this company. You will be pleased.

He was polite but there again I didn't look over his shoulder. I have to assume he check everything but the one thing he could have gotten me for he didn't mention. Makes you wonder.

They worked around my schedule, since I have a full-time job, and were very responsive to my request. Arrived at the time they said they would, completed the contracted work, and then discovered an adjustment that should have been made when the garage door opener was installed by the builder. I would not have know about this, but he explained that by putting the antenna wire into the correct position, my garage door would work much more smoothly in the future. He replaced the rollers with heavy-duty ones, and said that I would probably never need to replace them again. Overall, it was a good experience.

The door started acting up again the day after. It was an intermittant problem. It slowly became a problem daily after a month. I called and we set a next day appointment. They came and fixed the problem for no additional cost. A bolt was missing causing the track to shake which effected the eye. Now the the door works great and the problem is resolved.

The service man looked at it and told me what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it. Used the Angie's coupon which paid for my membership for the year! I don't know what else they did but the door is now quieter and runs smoother than before.

They would have received an A from me after the original service of my garage door; however, it was their follow -up visit that earned them a much lower rating. The door was making a loud noise. Nick and his cousin Bee said the spring needed stretched. They did so, as well as lubricated and adjusted rollers. That was all well and good until the spring began making the same loud noise again. I called AllPro to come back. I wanted a Friday appointment because that was the most convenient for me. I was told it was not possible as I had to have the same guys came back and they didn't work on Fridays. Nick and Bee were on time (both times punctuality was not a problem). The first thing Nick said was, "Well, you have to do maintenance on the spring!" I asked him how often I should do that and he replied, "Every 3 or 4 months." Only after I told him that it had been less than 2 months since they had originally adjusted the spring did he agree to re-adjust it. I would expect any $125 service on my garage door to last longer than 7 weeks! After they worked on the spring, Nick said (twice!) "Well, this is a service call, but I'll let you slide this time." That was the kicker. As though I should be grateful they didn't charge me more for doing the job as it should have been done in the first place. I'm very surprised that this lack of good customer service came from a Super Service Award winner. I'm wondering if it had anything to do with the fact that they didn't know I was an Angie's List member (I usually don't mention it because I think good service should be good service regardless).

Perfect! They arrived on time and finished everything before the end of the day. They removed the old door opener and all debris. Nick provideexplained operation of the new opener and keypad.

Overall experience was very good. Prompt, efficient service by a personable, courteous technician. The work and materials were as advertised. Good value.

The workers showed up on time and quickly went to work checking out my garage doors to make certain they were operating smoothly. They tightened the springs, balanced the doors and repaired rollers as necessary. They recalibrated the enty Key pad to operate with my car whcih hadn't worked for years. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would use them again.

Early that morning in my rush to leave for work I let the garage door up and then realized the I left something in the house. After retrieving the item I got back in my car and began backing out of the garage while simultaneously letting the garage door up. Oops, I let the garage door down on the rear of my car breaking off my rear windshield wiper and cause the door to retract. I immediately got out to inspect for damage but because it was dark I was only able to recover the wiper after I stepped on it. I backed out of the garage and attempted to let the garage door down and it would not come down. Again, I got out of the car to inspect, but could only see where the door look like it had a crease down the middle. After contemplating my options I went on to work. When I had a chance I got on Angie's List to find reputable repair companies when I came across ALL-Pro who had all stellar reviews. I called them and within two hours they met me at my house. The repair man discovered instantly that the roller was out of place. He put it back in place and tested closing and shutting the garage doors successfully. He did some other routine checks, oiled the rollers and cleared the sensors. He also gave me some general maintenance advice and common issues with garage doors that could be fixed or prevented with regular maintenance and keeping the area clear and clean. He also gave me a quote under $400 to replace the loud garage motor that I currently have!

The work was not completed. I would like to know if it still can be?

The repair man did not have my correct address so he had to call for directions. Not sure why he did not have the correct address. When he arrived at my address my neighbor asked him to look at her garage door and instead of coming to my house to complete repairs he took the time to look at her garage door, which was very upsetting to me since I made an appointment with this company and the repairman took the time to look at neighbors garage door. Also, when making repairs he took my ladder to complete repairs. I asked him if they had their own ladders to make repairs, he informed me that they left their ladder at their last job. I'm ok with them using my ladder to make repairs, but ask my permission next time. When it was time to make payment for the repair I gave him my credit card then I was told their would be a service fee if you use a credit card. I was never informed of this. The repairman told me if I pay with a check or cash their is no service fee, so I paid by check. You would think if I paid by check there would be a service fee. Overall the repairs were completed timely, but not sure if I would use them again due to overall customer service.

They came on time even though there was a snow storm the night before. Replaced all the rollers and tuned the garage door, as well as lubed the doors/rollers. They also for $85 strengthened the door and fixed the arm which and detached from the door as a result was not opening. Door works quietly now and there are no issues noted.
