The door went ajar on Sunday afternoon, I called first thing Monday morning (~8am) and had an appointment at noon. The technician arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, was fast, courteous and effective and fixed the problem while maintaining the integrity of the existing wooden garage door. The estimate was accurate and explained prior to the work being done. Without knowing what caused the failure, I was given a contingency cost in case there was a hidden reason for the failure. After getting the door leveled out, we found the snapped wire (as anticipated). The work was done in less than an hour and left everything clean.

They did exactly as they said they were going to do. They were very professional throughout and I was pleased with their work.

The service was great. The young man that came out to do the service was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He went about his business, told us exactly what he was doing, did everything that I had purchased, and the garage door works great. We did not spend more than the $99 big deal.

Excellent Service. When they first arrived to evaluate the repair they discovered they did not have the proper springs with the technician. They offered us several options to get the job done quickly but we chose to wait for the same comperable spring. They were able to quickly get the correct springs and were back the next day to make the repair. The job was done quickly and they even did a tune up afterward which improved the performance dramatically.

It was good! There were no additional charges outside the big deal amount.

I came home on Comfest Friday to find my garage wouldn't open. It was Comfest weekend and I live near the Short North so parking is a premium. We were going for dinner that evening and didn't have much time to wait. All Pro was simply excellent, they were able to come out that afternoon, they arrived on time, knew what they were doing, clearly more so than the company that installed the door. The gentleman who fixed my door was pleasant and courteous. All in all it was a very good experience.

1. First call - oiled and reset garage door; didn't fix problem. Door would still only go up a foot. 2. 2nd service call - replaced circuit board; door would now go up and down OK. But left with garage door springs hanging loose on one side of garage. 3. 3rd service call - replaced garage door springs on both sides of garage for $175. Everything now works.

l called All Pro for an estimate for a replacement garage door. They said they would send someone out on 6/14 between 3 and 5. I left work early to be home by 3 and waited. No one came, so at 4:45 I called the office. I was told I was on John's schedule for the day and someone would call him and have him call me right away to tell me when he would arrive. I didn't get a phone call. At 6:25 I was in the garage and an unmarked truck pulled up and the driver asked if he was at (my address). I confirmed he was and he said he had come to do an estimate, he did not identify himself as being from All Pro. I said I had expected him between 3 and 5, and he said "yeah, I've been running late all day". I decided to let him do the estimate so he parked the truck and got out. A young woman and a boy about 10 or 11 got out, too. All three were dirty and disheveled. The woman and boy stood in my garage while John took measurements and talked to me about the estimate. The estimate gave the size of the door and prices for insulated and non-insulated. I asked about removal of the old door and whether the price of the new door included new tracks and springs. John assured me that it was all included but without it being in writing I had no guarantee that there wouldn't be extra costs when the door was installed. The day before, I had gotten an estimate from Graf and Son. Their salesman was very professional, he brought samples of insulated and non-insulated so I could see the difference, and the estimate was very detailed about what was included. I'm buying my new door from Graf and Son.

It was the first time I have been using them. They were very friendly and thorough, nothing negative. The work met my expectations. I would use them again.

They did a great job but my only problem is that they guy that came out said I really need it. It was kind of as well as I paid for so I have it done anyway even though I don’t need it. They guy that came out did a good job.

Our garage door wasn't closing all the way. It would get near the bottom and go back up. I called on a Friday afternoon, and there was a technician at our house Monday. He was the nicest young man! It didn't take the fellow long to figure out what was causing the problem and repair the garage door, which was much cheaper than replacing it. He also took care of the routine inspection and maintenance. I saved money by using an Angies List coupon. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Big deal for All Pro Overhead Door Systems LLC. They came out and did a service on the garage door. They inspected, lubricated and made adjustments on the door. They did a good job on the door.

Everything is is working well. They were on time, and professional.
