I bought the big deal, and immediately emailed the provider some available dates. There was no response after one week, and Angie's List emailed me to see if the appointment had been scheduled. I replied to the message that I hadn't yet heard from the service provider. After responding to the Angie's List inquiry, the provider called me and left two messages. After work, I returned his call and spoke to him about scheduling and specifically told him that the garage door was missing the bottom rubber strip. I explained that I was happy to pay for the rubber strip and the installation, just please bring it so we wouldn't have to schedule a second appointment because I work two jobs, my wife works from home and we have two children with hectic schedules. I took and emailed pictures at his request so they would know what kind of rubber strip to bring to the appointment. I called my wife to see how the appointment went, and she said that the provider was very polite and quick (20min.). When I got home, I checked the work and immediately noticed that the rubber strip had not been installed. I called the provider and left a message and sent a message through Angie's List, but still haven't heard back (That was October 2nd).

The price was reasonable. They knew what they were doing and did what they said they were going to do. They got the job done in about an hour. I wold use them again.

It was fine. They were there promptly and went about their business. The door is quieter and is working fine. The price was very reasonable. They got the job done in less than an hour. I would encourage others to use them.

It didn't go well at all. When the tech showed up the garage door was down. The tech noticed that the left side garage door cable was off the door at the bottom and laying on the floor. She asked if it was broken, and I told her no, that it just came off. She asked me to raise the door so she could reattach the cable. After securing the cable, she asked me to lower the garage door. At that time, the cable got caught around the bottom roller, stopping the movement on the left side of the door, while the right side of the door continued to close. The top two left-side rollers came out of the track and fell to the floor, and the right-hand side of the door pushed against the track, causing it to bow out. In addition, another roller fell out from the right-side track. I pushed the garage door button to stop the door, in order to prevent the door from completely falling off the track. Because the door was hanging crooked, it bent the garage door operator reinforcement bracket, and also pulled the bracket away from the panels of the door. The tech said "Oh no." I then had to assist the tech by pushing the right side of the door up to make it even with the left side. She then clamped the track with a pair of vise scrips to hold the door in place. She put the rollers back in the left side track and I put the right side roller back in place. She then worked to free the left-side cable that was bound around the roller. By this time, I was completely frustrated and just went inside. When I originally made this appointment, I discussed the particulars of my door with John, and he suggested that I replace the one spring located in the center with two springs on each side and said that it would require two #18 springs. The tech that arrived did not have the appropriate springs with her. She said she used the last ones on the previous job and didn't bother to stop by the shop to re-stock. She made a call to John who told her to install a heavy duty single spring for less money than was originally quoted for the two springs. After the job was completed and the tech left, I made a call to John to explain to him what just occurred and my frustration and concerns. He was on his way to his next appointment and said as soon as he got to his next location, he would check the schedule and call me right back to set a time for him to come and inspect the work. This was on Friday at 4:00. I never heard back from him so Monday afternoon, I finally called the office and Joe, the owner, answered. I then explained the whole situation to him. He said he would contact John to get back with me, which he did. He said he would get John back out to my house first thing Tues a.m. and make it right and replace any damage that occurred. John arrived around 9:30, I explained what happened and showed him the bent track, bracket, etc. He made a few adjustments, but did nothing about the bent bracket or bowed track, but tried to sell me a new garage door opener and told me I needed a surge protector, and new exterior molding. He then had me open and close the door several times and asked if I was satisfied, and I said No, because the door was still closing roughly. At that point, after some more excuses, I just was fed up and said OK, fine. My wife wanted me to call the owner back, but at this point, I'm completely frustrated with the whole series of events and I felt that if he was concerned about his customer and what had transpired, he would have followed up with me to make sure that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Bottom line, I had a garage door that was opening and closing smoothly before they came to replace a broken spring, and now it hangs up when closing. I straightened the brackets and track myself as best I could, and now it is somewhat better. **UPDATE** Joe, the owner, contacted us and came out himself with a different technician, Todd. They adjusted all of the door hinges and panels, readjusted the right door brackets, and adjusted the tension on the door spring, added a new door strut for reinforcement, and made all other necessary adjustments, as well as oiled and lubed. In addition, he added all new exterior door molding, at no additional charge. He was very concerned about the previous experience that we had and assured us that he would be making changes in company protocol so that this type of incident would not happen again, including another 6 months of training for the original technician who came out. We were impressed with his professionalism and follow-up and his commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond and did more than we would have expected him to. This company has many A ratings, and after our follow-up experience with the owner, we feel that our original experience was an isolated incident and that the A rating experiences posted on the site are more the 'norm." We want to thank Joe for his follow up and concern.

It was excellent and they did a good job. They were professional and were on time. I have no complaints with them. They got the job done in about 30 minutes.

All Pro visited our home to provide a routine check up on our garage doors as well as look at an issue we were having with closing one of the doors. They made the process very easy and quick, starting with scheduling the appointment. They were able to come to our home within 48 hours of my initial call and were very cordial and professional throughout the process. The technician called 15 minutes before arriving and completed a thorough inspection when on-site. She explained to me the work she had performed and how she fixed the issue with our door. Great service from start to finish!

He came out, we liked him a lot, and he gave us an estimate. When we called back, we were actually ready to place an order, but the guy was ready to go on vacation and he was supposed to call us back but I have not heard back so we are getting an estimate from someone else. We were very impressed with the young man that came out from All Pro; we may end up going with them, we are just not sure yet. He was very courteous, straight-forward, and told us what it would cost to repair the existing doors. He spent a lot of time and answered all our questions. It was a very good experience.

My garage door had been opening-closing-opening-closing for some time - and seemed to be slamming to the ground. All Pro quickly spotted the problem - a setting on the opener was set too low, causing the door to hit the garage floor then pop up. The tech inspected everything - all the rails, the springs and all other settings - and fixed the issue. I needed a new door opener and the tech had one on board - so I purchased it and she was able to set it to sync with my garage door opener. Getting this fixed is a HUGE relief - I would absolutely recommend All Pro and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

They called before to let me know they were on their way. Arrived and went right to work She told me what she was doing and what I needed to do to keep the garage door operating smoothly.

Work was performed well and technician was knowledgeable. They didn't make an appointment though - they just showed up. Luckily I was home.

Their office called to schedule the service. Their serviceperson called before arriving and was on time. The service was quick and efficient. Their serviceperson was helpful, informative and very polite. I would recommend them to others and use them again personally.

They arrived on time, got right to work, and fixed the issues I was having with the garage door along with making some minor adjustments so it would open & close more smoothly. I will use this company for any future work I may need on the garage door.

9/19/13 The owner of All Pro called this morning and apoligized for the misunderstanding regarding the Big Deal that I had purchased thru Angie's List. I believe it was an honest mistake and the Company was very interested in making me happy. I am happy with the the outcome of this transaction and will use their service in the future if need. 9/18/13 I ordered the Big Deal advertised on Angies List for $69. I made an appointment on line with the provider. Thinking something seemed wrong so I called the Company to verify the appointment. Everything went well as far as scheduling of the work . The tech showed up on time and was knowledgeable. At the time I placed my order, changing the nylon rollers on the door was an included item. I asked the tech why he didn't change the rollers and he told me there was a miss print in the original deal and they were not included. Angie's List or the Provider should have notified me that a error on the original Big Deal offer had been made. Is they had I would not have purchased this deal.

Everything worked out well. He completed the work professionally.

Set appointment very friendly. Arrived and went right to work. Quite and called me to review when done. Door worked well and was much quieter. They cleaned up well

After inspection suggested replacement of the door. We followed their advice after they walked us through the wear and damage of our door track, door wheels and springs. He scheduled a follow-up date to install the new door and assembly. Arrived promptly and completed the work on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the door has worked well over the last two years.

The technician arrived on time. He was professional and communicated every step of the way. The door runs smoothly and the keypad is very convenient and works well.
