They came the same day I called but I was not charged as an "emergency appt". The technician was thorough in explaining his work and efficient in the repair. We are pleased with the work and would use them again in the future.

After finding a great deal on a whisper unit we needed an installer that could handle the job. After spending a couple days calling around different companies based on Angies List, the folks at All Pro won us over on price and friendliness. The tenant is extremely happy with the work that was done and All Pro came and did it promptly. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Description of Work: Our garage door came off track when it was shut using the remote. I called Monday and they were able to come Tuesday. I needed them to arrive first thing in the morning so I could get to an appointment on time. The technician was a little late (possibly due to traffic) but completed the job efficiently and I was able to leave on time so this was not a problem. We've lived in our house for 11 years and the door has never operated as smoothly or as quietly as it does now. Would recommend and use again.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was broken, and we had to open the garage door manually. My husband said he was going to go to a hardware store and buy and opener and put it in, but after a week, I was getting tired of this. I called another place and they told me a higher price and they would not be out for 3-4 days. All Pro came out that afternoon, put in a new garage door opener at a wonderful price. I was so happy!! My husband was happy since he didn't have to do the job he wasn't going to do any time soon anyway (that's why I use Angie's List!!). We are so happy we are going to get a new garage door from this company too.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my garage door and called this company. Instead of coming out to fix the door, they walked me through the repair myself on the phone. They were SO nice and helpful. I will definitely call them if I do need service in the future.
