All Craft Restoration

This company put a new roof on one of our neighbor's homes a couple of months ago so we requested an estimate for our roof.  This company only works with insurance companies, so they contacted our insurance company to file a claim for us in the hope they would approve the claim for wind damage. Our sales rep met the claims adjuster at our house and showed him the spots that looked like storm damage.  Insurance company did approve a new roof for the house, however not the garage, so we had to pay for that out of pocket (as well as some upgrades to the house roof that the insurance company would not pay for).

Once the claim was approved and the insurance check arrived, All Craft had an outstanding, hard-working team at our house within the same week.  The only complaint I had was that they didn't arrive at the time we were told. We were told they would be here by 7:30am however they didn't arrive until 10:30 or so.  It turns out there was a schedule conflict with another job they were finishing up and in the end it all worked out fine. 

We ended up having two layers of shingles on our house, but they didn't charge us extra because they didn't realize it until they started tearing it off.  We have a large detached garage and it turns out we had no felt under the shingles, so some of the sheeting needed replaced due to water damage.  They did not charge us extra for this either.

The team was fast and professional and it took them only one day.  We have had a couple of rains since the roof was put on, and we are happy to report there is no leaking anywhere that we have noticed.

Our sales rep, Don Bentley, was extremely attentive and was in contact with us at all times to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was moving along.  I would recommend this company to anyone who  is looking for a new roof.
