John came to my home and gave me an estimate to install new underlayment and Congoleum Dura Ceramic Tile in my dining room and kitchen. As I was not ready at that time, I told him that I would call when ready. When I called I explained to John that I would really like to have the job completed by a certain date. He said he would try and was able to install it before the date I requested. I was very pleased with the work and the people who did it.

DID A RESPECTABLE JOB ON THE KITCHEN AND BATH. REALLY MESSED UP THE HARDWOOD FLOOR. SAID HE HAD BEEN DOING IT 30 YEARS, AND CHARGED ME A BUNCH. I DIDN'T MIND PAYING MORE FOR HIS EXPERIENCE. TURNS OUT HE CHARGED ME $2200 FOR LESS THAN 6 HOURS OF HORRIBLE WORK. HE RENTED THE WRONG SANDER. USED THE WRONG GRIT PAPER. USED WATER BASED URETHANE THAT SAID ONE COAT SEALER, PLUS 3 TO 4 COATS. HE PUT ON ONE COAT, AND SAID FOR ANOTHER $1000 HE WOULD GIVE ME 2 MORE COATS. HE NOR HIS WIFE WOULD RETURN CALLS OR COME, AND LOOK AT MY COMPLAINTS. I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT REDONE BY SOMEONE ELSE, AND WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO BBB, AND/OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET BACK SOME MONEY.
