He called within a few minutes of me searching on this web site, which was great. I had originally intended to get some estimates, but I new from past experience the prices he cited were fair and not inflated. He repaired the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink, rodded out the totally clogged bathroom sink drain, and put all new innards and intake tube on the downstairs toilet. He advised me about some other things that needed doing that weren't emergencies, and we will definitely be contacting him again.

Diagnosed problem quickly and made adjustments to correct plumbing leak. (rubber washer) Liked the way he told me that he would not have configured P-Trap with plastic nut connected to metal P-Trap. Communicated problem in laymen terms very well.
