I have used them several times over the years. I would give them a high recommendation. They have always been very courteous and they came out quickly. I have never had any problems. They have always been okay by me and even the office. I think it is his wife in there. She is always very courteous and returns calls.

He told me to shut the water off and give him a call. I shut the water off the next day and left messages for a week plus. I've had other companies in to work on other issues and having no water was an obstacle. Two weeks after the initial estimate he came out again. We went through all the work again, and he gave me a solid figure and he told me he was going fishing for the weekend and he'd give me a detailed final price when he came back, which was supposed to be 4 days later. I have been calling for the past two weeks asking for this final figure. One time I flat out asked his wife (secretary) if he wanted the work or not and she said yes but he'd been going through some personal stuff and she gave me his cell so I could call him directly. Directly or through the office I called to no avail, until last week I was told he'd finish it and get back to me the next day. Today I called and he told me he didn't want to do the work, wasn't going to give me a final price, and it was too much service work since he was so busy right now. Complete waste of my time, and screwed up my budget because in the mean time I have made choices about other work to be done in the property based on his original figure. In person, he constantly talked about how he wasn't out to cheat anybody and has life long customers. His price was better than everyone else's, and I am thoroughly disappointed, not to mention behind schedule, and now over budget. If it was too much for him or he was in over his head, he should have said so from the start. I normally don't fall for the too good to be true price, but I actually thought I could take him at his word.

Matt was punctual, explained how the old toilet had been installed with inadequate care and worked very hard to ensure the new one was shimmed and sealed correctly to provide a level and safe seat. He explains everything you want to know and does a very very good job. We have used his company twice now and been very happy with him on both occasions.

We have used Alibrando plumbing before and were comfortable with having them do the work. Matt removed the rusting unit and replaced with a new unit. He made sure that the water heater was working before leaving. Matt also did a complete clean-up. I would recommend the company.

Matt came out and installed the new therma-coupler on the water heater. He also replaced the tub faucet and put new washers in the shower wall handle. It is an old toilet that needs maintenance every now and then. They were here for 30-45 minutes and fixed it. It's working perfectly.
