+ -1 moreAlex was recommended by one of our friends. Called Alex and he stop by our house one evening. Looked at the job and we already purchased the materials-weather stripping. Alex came by during the weekend and installed it. He had all the necessary tools and as soon as he came in he clocked his arrival time on his cell phone. He charges by the hour. Alex is professional, honest, and did an excellent job. Thank you Alex. I will call you again without any reservations. Thanks.

Description of Work: He did the roofing on our house. He built on a workshop to the back of the garge along with the electric work on the job. He also redid the siding on our home.

+ 4 moreI like the fact that he can do so many things and does them well. I have been working with him for about ten years. He is honest to a fault. I would trust him at any time to come to my property when I'm not there.
Description of Work: He has remodeled two bathrooms for me and painted and reconstructed windows in my building that was built in 1927. He put an entire roof and panels on a cement garage that was falling down. He also takes care of my general handyman work. He is coming tomorrow to build a stair case to my basement. He will also be repairing some of the the walls in the garage.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY GOOD IN ALL TRADES. YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO USE HIM. NEAT AND PERFECTION. HE ALSO DOES HARDWOOD FLOORS. HE GETS VERY BUSY DURING THE SUMMER. YOU HAVE TO WAIT SOMETIMES BUT IT'S WORTH IT.
Description of Work: REPLACED BATHROOM TILE, BATHTUB, PLUMBING AND DRYWALL REPLACEMENT AND REFINISHING. ALSO LIGHT FIXTURE REPLACEMENT.
