ALERT ALARM

Things are going wonderful with out new alarm system. This is a local owned business which I really liked. Everything is working well with the system.

Worst experience of my life.

I was "gifted" 3 months of service. I tried to cancel at the end of the gift period and he returned my registered mails. This moved me into the non-gift period. When I received my gift, he rushed through the contract and, afterthefact, I disovered I was contractually obligatged to him for three years. I told him I would pay him if he just terminated the service and removed his business from my home. He has not responded to my requests. I am now being sued by the man. Read your contract carefully with this one.

He is pretty good. He is always very responsive to anything we need. He comes out and takes his time and explains things to us and does not rush thing. He makes sure you are happy and the prices are reasonable.

EXCELLENT WORK! INSTALLER WAS VERY ANAL ABOUT DOING EVERYTHING JUST RIGHT, FIXED MUCH OF THE SHODDY WORK DONE BY A COMPETITOR AT NO COST, ADDED NUMEROUS UPGRADES. UPGRADES DID COST EXTRA, BUT WAS CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITOR'S PRICES AND QUALITY WAS MUCH HIGHER. HAVING EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPETITOR, AND NOW ALERT ALARMS, ALERT ALARMS HAD THE BEST PRICES AND DID THE BEST WORK. THE INSTALLER WAS TRULY REMARKABLE, HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AT THE HOUSE MAKING THINGS PERFECT AND GOING OVER SYSTEM AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH MY KID WHO KEPT BUGGING HIM. IT WAS REFRESHING TO HAVE A CONTRACTOR WHO ACTUALLY TOOK PRIDE IN THE WORK HE WAS DOING AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING EXTRA. EVEN THE MONTHLY MONITORING COST WAS NEARLY HALF OF THE COMPETITOR'S QUOTE AND SEVERAL DOLLARS LESS THAN ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH ALSO MONITORS LOCALLY.

MADE INSTALLATION BEFORE GIVING TERMS OF CONTRACT CLEAR. WANTED US TO SIGN THE CONTRACT AFTER IT WAS DONE. WONT TURN ON SYSTEM UNLESS WE SIGN THE CONTRACT.
