ALAN TAMBURINI'S HOME IMPROVEMENT & REPAIR SERV

mr. tamburini explained what i needed but he sub-contracted to have the work done ........ because he was not present to supervise the job the sub-contractors ended up putting shingles on a rotten piece of plywood ......... the next day it rained and needless to say it poured into my house ....... in fact i could not get into garage because there was a sheet of rain falling in the doorway ........ i called mr. tamburini and he was at my house to inspect the roofing job within 15 minutes of my call ....... he had the new shingles removed and a new sheet of plywood put in place before replacing shingles ....... he also arranged to put flashing in where the previous contractor failed to do so ......... the roof did NOT leak for about one year so i had a ceiling installed ...... then on June 4th it poured and my roof leaked and ceiling (about 6 sq. ft. was ruined ....... i tried contacting mr. tamburini on the cell phone he had on his receipt but was unable to leave message as recording came on and said owner had not set up a mail box ....... tried to find mr. tamburini in phone book without success for one week now (it is june 10th and i am unsure of guarantee on job mr. tamburini did except he told me at the time the roof would never leak in that area ....... well that is the area where the roof leaked and damaged newly installed ceiling

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT HE DID BUT HE NEVER RETURNED TO SAND THE REPAIR OR FINISH CEILING FAN INSTALLATION - DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS - WAS PAID IN FULL
