They performed the work as described

I called them tonight at 8 pm to tell them we had no heat and was told. we can get a service rep to you tomorrow between 8 am to noon. I replied that was unacceptable and that the website says 24 hour service. She even looked up my record and saw that we have been customers for quite some time. she then said, let me call the dispatcher and asked me to hold and again I was told that it would have to be tomorrow. I told her they just lost a customer and they need to quit doing false advertising. How does anyone think you can wait 12 to 16 hours in 8 degree weather???????? I would not recommend them to anyone.....

Arrived on time with a new employee. Promptly got to work. Suggested UV light and humidifier. Accepted UV light. Got a quote for humidifier and may do that at a later date. Professional, courteous, neat.

They are great to work with because they come when they say they are going to come and they call before they come. The technician is always careful to not track in any outside dirt. They have a wide range of available times to come for service. They do a thorough job and you do not feel like they are trying to sell you something you don't need or don't want!

It went great! Having 2 kids and 2 dogs, the house gets in a bit of an uproar when we have visitors and this time was no different! The two guys who came in, (I wish I could remember their names) were dog lovers and understood that my dogs were going to keep an eye on them! My older dog (Luke) would bark every time they had to come back in the house, and each time, the techs took the time to let him sniff/smell so Luke knew it wasn't someone new coming in. Of course, my younger dog, Boomer, is a bit jealous, and if you pet Luke, you have to pet Boomer! At one point, they were in my sons bedroom, and they have the huge hoses to vacuum out the duct work. Well, my son has a small little pillow that matches his blanket and it had gotten under his bed...close to the vent. The tech didn't see it and it got sucked into the hose and into the tank in the truck. They immediately stopped what they were doing, shut everything down and dug through the dust, dirt and other crap that already been sucked into the tank. They were so apologetic. Cleaned off the dust and dirt from the pillow, etc. To me, it seemed they went above and beyond. They could have kept on going and not said a word and I wouldn't have known until bedtime when I put my son to bed. In the end, my house smelled great, the duct work was clean (they showed me the duct work via camara!) The pets were calm and so were the kids, and that makes for a happy mom!

They servicemen were on time and friendly and did a good job.

From the initial phone call till the problem was fixed and verified we knew we were in good hands. We were treated like the only customers they had (it's a busy season and they were out in one day). The tech was efficient and friendly.

The gentlemen who came out gave me some information on thermostats and when he came back for his next service call he installed an electronic, programmable, Honeywell thermostat for me. I still use them as my Heating and Cooling contractor.

Our home was built in 2000 and Airtron did the original install . We have had a maintenance agreement with Airtron for years to have air checked in spring and furnace checked in fall. Tech shows up to do the fall check and informs us that the heat exchanger is cracking and needs replaced. Tech would have someone contact us about repair or furnace replacement as soon as possible because the cracks could cause carbon monoxide to leak into the house. Tech attempted to show me a picture of the crack on his phone. Tech also informed us that our duct work needs cleaned out, never heard this in 13 years of being in the house. Turns out the heat exchanger part is under warranty. So Sales person came to the house and quoted the repair ($1,200 for labor only) and optional replacements($3,000 up to $5,000), but they do not recommend the repair because the furnace would need to be completely taken apart and something else may get and quot;brokenand quot;. We really felt like we were in a car repair shop and they were just looking to sell us every service possible. After the sales visit we decided to get a second opinion. We contacted a second HVAC company and they came to the house and did a check of the heat exchanger with a optical scope and found no cracks, said the furnace should last 25 years. Also said that we had the cleanest furnace that he had seen in quite sometime. This was very disappointing, will not be using Airton again.

Jerry arrived on time; was neat, professional and thorough; answered some of my questions about a programmable thermostat that the gas company had installed.

Service tech was on time and friendly. Did a service check, found that a breaker was tripped and found that all operations of our unit were working!!

They found a leak and said the part was still under warranty but needed to charge $1150 to perform the work. When I called the office to get more detailed information about the price they could not tell me how they came up wit the price. They have me a rough estimate in the refrigerate which was around $400 (which they didn't know how much leaked to start with), they also said it would take about 4 hours to complete the work. I called another company, they got the part the next day and installed it for under $500. It took just over 1 hour to install the part.

I had the system inspected for the summer. This is something I had been putting off for a couple of years. The furnace was fine, but the A/C, which was ancient when I bought the house, was in need of spare parts. I had a choice of repair or replacement. I chose repair. So far, so good.

We have used them for years. They went out of their way to help us and to keep us updated. Their workers are very well informed and professional. All of my interactions with them have been great. The only issue we had was a very minor problem with rescheduling.

Technician discovered the burners on this1980 furnace were corroded and potential source of carbon monoxide. Received estimate for replacement system. Purchased with a different service provider.

All aspects of the service call were completed professionally. Technician explained all work to be done and made suggestions on improving the system for winter. With the tune up and making a few of the recommended changes, there was a noticeable comfort improvement in the home over our last winter. I will use them again for my AC this summer.

The work turned out good. He was actually able to point out some deficiencies from those who installed the furnace. We were pleased.

Let me start by saying I couldn't be happier with Airtron. I called them on a Sunday early afternoon for emergency repair of my furnace. The phone representative was very friendly and very helpful. She even told me there's a coupon on their website that saved me the cost of the service call! A service call appt was easily arranged. They even showed up three hours earlier than promised (they called first to make sure that would be okay)! The repairperson, Chuck, was also very friendly and very helpful. Within five minutes, he diagnosed the problem as something minor, and was finished in about thirty minutes. He took the time to explain in simple terms what the problem was, and was nice enough to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable considering the work was done on a Sunday afternoon. I would give Airtron an A+++ if I could. They will be my first choice for any heating/cooling issues I have in the future. Thank you Airtron!!!

I bought the AngiesList deal, which turned out to be repetitive, because I had another furnace company's service plan -- a goof on my part. Anyway, they were perfectly good, personable, helpful. No complaints. If I didn't have this service contract, we might use them again.

He tuned up my furnace and did a good job. I did appreciate the fact that he informed me that I was using the wrong filter.

The service was performed without any issues, I would recommend this company again.

Airtron did not install the system properly. They installed the furnace drain directly into gravel beneath our basement floor.This caused the water to come through the floor and caused mold damage.Miller Ranney Cantrell Plumbers were contracted to replace the drainage system at a cost of 1865.00. They gave written affirmation that the furnace drain was not installed properly. In addition, there was also a cost of $258.00 to replace pipes in the attic A/C, which was done by Favret.We engaged an attorney who contacted Airtron as well as our contractor Roshon Construction LLC in a letter last September.We have heard nothing from Airtron, and just want the full reimbursement for the repair work that was done. I have a copy of the attorney's letter and a letter from Miller Ranney that the pipe was installed improperly.

Good experience .... no issues... system has been in for a year now and works well. Brand name equipment provided.
