Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: I originally contacted Airtron when my furnace stopped working in February. At that time the customer service rep who answered the phone suggested that I purchase the service plan (approx $170 with discount because of being an Angie's List member) and my call would then be moved up on the list as a priority customer. She also said that I would receive a furnace and air conditioning check up (fall and spring). I purchased the service agreement. My call was bumped up. A tech was at my house within 2 days and the "repair" didn't cost a thing because of the newly purchased service agreement. The problem was fixed as part once the tech performed the routine maintenance. Today a tech came out for my A/C check up. He was polite, professional, and even took the time to reinforce the platform that my unit was sitting on as it had started to slump.

Description of Work: They come twice a year to check my furnace, A/C, and check filters.

Description of Work: HAD FURNACE CHECKED. SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAID TO HAVE A/C CHECKED IN SPRING AS WELL.

Description of Work: AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T COOLING. SOMEONE CAME OUT, CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND ADDED FREON. IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND STOPPED COOLING AGAIN. SOMEONE CAME OUT AND TOLD US THE BREAKER WAS TRIPPED AND HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL IT WAS REPLACED. WE REPLACED BREAKER, UNIT WOULDN'T RUN. SOMEONE CAME OUT AND TOLD US THE COMPRESSOR WAS BAD AND IT WOULD COST 1670.00 FOR A REBUILT ONE. THEN SOMEONE ELSE CAME OUT AND TOLD US IT WOULD COST 1900.00 FOR A NEW UNIT.
