Air Supply

They were really good! Their customer service was outstanding! They answered all of our questions and were very helpful.

The technician was prompt and professional. The contacts were corroded and would shut off for three hours at a time. He cleaned those off to have the unit run more efficiently. The service technician also checked on the inducer and he informed me it was not registering correctly. They also got the manufacturer to extend the warranty so the part was covered. I intend to use them in the future and would recommend them..

Called at 1:30 pm and was told they could probably have someone there by 4:00 pm. Got a call at 2:11 pm that a technician was en route. Technician had my heat back on before 3:00 pm. He was friendly, fast and courteous. Very quick respond time considering I saw a news story the same day about how busy Heating and Cooling businesses were due to the extreme cold.

Everything was great. I was happy with the work that they did, and their service was promt. They accepted my Angie's List discount, and I would use them again.

We looked up a bunch of them and decided to go with Air Supply. We contacted them once; they were responsive and came on time. So, we decided to go with them and were happy with them.

They are great. They were on time, and they did exactly what they needed to do. Our heating works again, so I am very happy with them.

They are punctual. I haven't done a lot of comparison shopping but I don't think that they are the cheapest. They are professional. I will use them again in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do. As far as the maintenance was concerned, it was exactly the amount that they said it was going to be. They had given me a timeframe that they were going to be here, and they did not make it on time. When I called them, they reset the timeframe. Their person was having some kind of a challenge at their previous call. I would have expected them to call to let me know, but they didn?t do that. However, it wasn?t a huge inconvenience for me.

First the sevice guy arrived in the time that was given to me (about 24 hours from the time I called for help), was polite & professional, and didn't waste my time with a lot of small talk. He got right down to business. I was immediately clear that he knew his job. He wasn't guessing and telling me a lot of "maybe this,...maybe that...". He did a diagnostic then told me it was one of two things. He explained it to me and answered all of my questions without once making me feel stupid for asking. He broke it down so I could understand exactly what was involved. The problem turned out to be one of the two things he told me it was going to be, and he didn't spend all day figuring it all out and making my bill more expensive. (In other words he found the problem and fixed it, which was exactly what I called them for). He fixed it, gave me suggestions, answered my questions, told me the price, gave me my copy of the paperwork, explained my guarante, answered more of my questions, thanked me for using Air Supply, told me to have a great day, and left so I could get on with my day. Absolutely PERFECT.

They were wonderful. This was the second time I used them and both times they were prompt, courteous, and they fixed everything to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good about what they did. They came out at soon as they could and fixed it quickly.

They were on time. I thought that they were honest. They gave us a couple tips on what to do with the air conditioning.

First the office staff - Angie was fantastic to work with and helped us get a good deal on the unit. In addition, each time we called, she was incredibly responsive and kind. As the first line of communication, she is exemplary in her knowledge and professional! The two installers (Mike and Josh) were very helpful and pleasant. They took the time to explain everything to us during the entire process - from the initial diagnosis to final installation. My experience has been exceptional and I would highly recommend this company.

He added the gas and the temperature almost instantly dropped 20 degrees. Very knowledgable employee. Working quickly and was professional.

Our heat pump stopped blowing cold air. Air Supply came out the next day. They provided the diagnosis of the coil needing replaced. They also stated that they couldn't guarantee the condition of the compressor. The next day we were provided with 4 different quotes. Ultimately, their price was the best, but we already had credit through another source so the premium was worth it.

Air Supply is very good with communication, setting up the appointment, covering the options, and confirming the technician arrival time. Once the technician arrived he did a thorough job of checking my air condition unit freon levels, voltage, connections to the blower, etc. My air conditioner was quite dirty so he grabbed a hose from the truck and rinsed it out to improve efficiency. I was also 3 pounds low on Freon which was contributing to the poor performance, so he topped that off as well. He suggested we check Freon levels in a year or so to determine the severity of the leak and whether an electronic leak trace would be advisable. The technician was knowledgeable and I appreciated the straightforwardness of the assessment - there was no pressure or trying to panic-sell any new equipment, just a reasoned explanation of the situation and what potential next steps are.

The tech came out and wasn't personable or professional looking. He didn't introduce himself, took a look at the outside unit and furnace, then said "they" will call you back with a quote. I wasn't given any info at all during his visit and I was not impressed. I received a quote via email within the next day or 2 and it was $100 less than another company, but based upon this type of customer service, I chose the more expensive one. I'm not sorry I did.

Mike did a great job. Found a few cracks in the heat exchanger so he did a CO test. No CO leaking but informed me that I needed to replace the heat exchanger. Fortunately that was covered by my home warranty company.

We had called another company first on a Thursday and was told they couldn't get to us until Monday. We checked the list and called Air Supply because of their service record. We called at 9:00 am and were told they would have someone there within 2 hrs. Mike was there in less than an hour. He was able to get the heat on, but found that our fan was stuck on through heat relay. He called the company and they said they would try to get the part that day. Scott came out early afternoon and installed the fan control board. He stayed and made sure that the fan kicked off and everything was working properly. We were sure we were going to need a new furnace because it was a 1990 model and had previous work done to it. We were happy to know we didn't need to do so at this time. Both gentleman were courteous, professional and friendly to us and our "eager to be friends" dogs. We were kept informed by the office when they were going to get the parts and when they would be able to return to install. They receptionist was also friendly, courteous and professional. We will be having them come out this spring and do a check on our A/C unit. We also received a $15.00 Angie's List discount.

She gave me a time they would be there and he was right on time. He serviced the furnace. I received a discount for being an Angie's List member.

I like everything about them. They come when you call them, even on a Sunday. They do a very good job and I have contracted them to come 2 times a year.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and very efficient. We were happy with their price, there was another company that wanted $1,200 for this project. We would use them again.

Air Supply arrived on time for the appointment. Any kind of cleaning can be a very messy process. They were careful to make sure they kept the dust contained. The hoses did not track dust or dirt throughout the house. All the vents were cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.

Very well, as always. Tech was very helpful in telling me how to keep my old home from being too dry in the winter.

They arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call on a Friday evening. They spent an hour figuring out what was wrong and getting my heater to run.

From the initial phone call, the receptionist was pleasant & kind. Tried to get me in same day as a last call but told me she'd let me know later if that would work. Called by 2:00 said I would be 1st call next day between 8 & 9:30. They called 30 minutes before coming arrived & was very pleasant too. Did his work, showed & explained problem, gave me a card & will email an estimate for a new unit.
