They were prompt, knowledgeable, and provided me with alternatives. They went out of their way to see me on a short notice. My only reason for not using them is I choose a different brand other than Lennox.

For years, Air Supply has come out to perform spring and fall inspections on my HVAC system and I have always been very pleased with their service. The technicians are friendly, efficient and honest. Recently, my furnace needed replaced. They were able to install a new one the very next week. After the installation, I had some issues with the integration between my existing thermostat and the new furnace. They ensured that the issue was resolved quickly. I am very happy with the service I receive from this company.

They guy who came over was very nice, very helpful and very explanatory. I have used them in the past where they have also been good. I have been very pleased with them.

I called them on Monday to come out and take a look at our air conditioner. They were able to work us in the very next day and were able to fix the capacitor, which had blown during the recent wind storms right then and there. I am very please with their work and pricing.

furnace went out while out of town. It was over the weekend and at 45 degrees. The home warranty gave us their name. They did not return phone call, they have emergency call out, but not available. They came on tues. After the warranty okd work, would not have parts and such til next week. Just use heaters we could come to their office and borrow. My son was at the house and it was really cold. When they did come and fix it I had already planned, So the temperature was so cold . It was awful. But, they did an excellent job finally. It turned out well.

They were really good. They have reasonable prices and didn't double charge for the service call. I've been very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

It was a great service. They were very courteous, and I think the price was fair. We've also had a whole new air conditioner put in with them also, which went well. We've had quite a lot of work done with them, and we've always been satisfied.

My furnace died just before Thanksgiving. The repair required a part that was not in stock or readily available. Air Supply offered to special order the part and have it speed-delivered (at considerable expense) so the furnace could be working for Thanksgiving. I opted to change my holiday plans and have the furnace fixed after the holiday. I appreciated that they were willing to work overtime to help me, and at the same time, there was no pressure at all to do the repair at greater expense. Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff. I have worked with this company for ten years and have never been disappointed with their service!

The technicians were very professional and the installation was very comprehensive and efficient.

I needed two service calls because I needed a part that had been sparking. They ordered the part, returned with it and in 15 minutes had it installed.

I've used Air Supply for over a decade for my furnace and air conditioner maintenance and repair. They have good customer service. They are punctual and provide a good service at a fair price.

Very well, they also worked the warranty issue from their side.

Called to check leak in Air Conditioner. They cleaned the drain, cleaned the floor, and tuned up the A/C unit.

Terrific! He explained everything to me. He found a mouse nest in my heat pump and cleaned it out for me. He fixed the wires that had been chewed through by the mice.

Everything was good expert I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment.

When I talked to them they said they would not come out to do such a small repair. They were very nice on the phone.

They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They make sure everything that needs done, gets done and what should be done gets done.

As previously stated beginning with the original service call, assessment of heating systems, and final installation, Air Supply provided me with excellent service and customer support. I am very appreciative of the flexibility with the scheduling of the furnance installation.

I have gone to this company before for parts and been very happy with their service. But when I got a quote for an HVAC system, their response was later than the other companies that gave me quotes, so I went with another company for my new system (concerned for responsiveness).

Called them when my furnace motor broke. I called them in the evening and they had someone out the next morning. The Technician was nice and got the job done quickly without a lot of mess.

They didn?t end up doing any work. Everything that they did was fine. They came earlier than I thought and they weren?t late. They were able to tell me what was wrong and I think the outside of the furnace was rattling against the fan. They were accurate in the assessment of my furnace. So we didn?t have to pay anyone to do a job that really didn?t need to be done. So I paid $80 to come out and look at it. I might check for other companies and if need be, then I might use their services again.

Air supply drop the ball on this service call twice. I picked them after looking at several referals from Angie's List. I am a very busy person and pick Air Supply because they offered a window of 4 hours of when the technician would arrive ( mine was 1000-0200). First day no show, give them a second chance again no show. I wasted taking two half days off to wait for them. Very disappointed in Air Supply customer service, they should arrive when promised. Bad busines pratice!!!!!

We had called one other Heating and Air Company who informed us that since it was raining they could not come out and would call us in a day or two or whenever it was not raining. So, I thought I would try one more company to see if I could schedule an appt. I called Air Supply and they had a cancellation and sent a techician on the day of my call. Scott, the technician, was very professional and determined to find out what caused the power failure. He appeared very quiet but as he was checking each area: attic, outdoors, back to attic, out doors again to the AC, he began to discuss with us what the problem was and was expeditious in making the repair. AC is working very well.

Service representative was on time. Rep did a complete assessment, cleaned the unit and explained in detail what he found. I had lots of questions regarding prior work the company did on the unit for the previous owner - rep did a good job explaining the work done.
