Description of Work: They evaluated our water heater and said it needed to be replaced. Building codes had changed so we needed additional equipment to bring it up to code. Josh, technician who came to evaluate problem, thoroughly explained what was needed to meet code. Josh was the technician who came to install the new tank and other equipment and again he was very professional and skilled. It was nice that he had no problem with our dogs. I was very impressed with the work as well as how well the company responded to my calls.

Description of Work: Installed whole house humidifier. The technician worked efficiently and showed me how to use the product. He did a great job.

Description of Work: Replaced heat exchanger on furnace. It went smoothly.

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump, air handler (ac/furnace)for an all electric one story house. After this past harsh winter my 30+ year old system needed to be replaced. Installation completed in one day. From quote to installation the process was painless.

Description of Work: Great response time. Had an appointment the next day I was available. Was emailed five choices the next day after he spent two hours explaining everything to me. Installation was scheduled on days off and I had no idea. They were with me four hours after they were off the clock. Not one problem or complaint!

Description of Work: Mike went into the attic area to check the connections with the heating pipes and informed me that all was connected and okay there. We discussed the cold air return and he explained a lot to me about this. He took the cover off of the return and pointed out the gap on the exterior wall floor area which was allowing cold air into the area and suggested that I put some insulation in there. I did that by the weekend. Very pleased with the service on this visit.

Description of Work: A/C was running constantly but not cooling. Technician added refrigerant to the system and cleaned the outside compressor. Advised us how to care for it and how to keep it from freezing. Recommended we upgrade/replace the system, as it is almost 30 years old, which we will do in the future. We asked if the system might make it through the rest of the summer, and his work helped that to happen. We were pleased!

Description of Work: June 9, 2008, 9:55 a.m., I called Air Supply to schedule an appointment to have a serviceman come out and look at my air conditioner (it is not cooling like it should). The receptionist told me that they were very busy, but that Teri would call me back. To date (6-11-08, 9:32 P.M.), nobody has called me back, so I made an appointment with one of their competitors. NOTE: I noticed that Air Supply did duct cleaning too, and I was going to get a quote for that work also, but I've changed my mind.

Description of Work: My furnace stopped running. I described the symptoms to the service man. He said he thought he knew what was wrong. He cleaned the flame sensor with a screw driver and everything worked fine.

Description of Work: My heating unit was serviced. Trent, the contractor, found a problem and fixed it. He also offered a service plan that is much cheaper than visits. I was pleased with the service.
