The man was courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain in detail what exactly he fixed. They came when they said they would and called before they showed up.

They did a fine job! It turned out to be a very small fix. They checked everything out really good and also gave me advice on how to check and maintain my HVAC to avoid major charges. They were a bit late but did call and it was a fine job.

I was extremely pleased with the technician's expertise and patience in pinpointing the source of the problem. They appear to be a first class company from the initial call requesting service to the completed job. I was impressed that they called to tell me that their technician was on his way to my home.

Trent went over all the information about the problem and answered all the questions I had. He was very nice and honest. I would recommend him highly for any HVAC repairs.

I called this company after I got an estimate from another company that sounded high. They gladly quoted me a time and materials estimate which was appreciated. Most of the other companies I called had flat rate pricing and they were a lot more expensive. The representative arrived on time and in uniform. He was very friendly and showed respect for my house by removing his shoes before he walked onto a carpeted area. The work was completed on time and for a little bit less than the price quoted. They also gave me a 10% discount for providing my Angie's list number. I am very satisfied with my experience. They gave me a magnet with their telephone number on it which I placed on the furnace. I will call them first the next time I need HVAC work done.

They were about twice as much as the company I ended up using. They were friendly, but they weren't listening to our requirements.

The representative was very polite and professional. He installed the control board very quickly and my air condition worked immediately.

Pleasant, professional receptionist scheduled work quickly. There was a discrepancy between what the repairman said and the actual time required to make the repair. We think that there was lack of communication between the scheduler and the worker, and we had to initiate the call to find out what was going to happen. The repairman was upset that the receptionist offered the option of recharging the unit until the new parts could be installed (3 days later in 95 degree weather.) The actual work was completed quickly and professionally.

The repairman were very nice and explained what they were doing as they went along. They recommended having my a/c and furnace cleaned yearly, and I will call them in the fall to do the furnace cleaning.

They came on time and diagnosed the problem. They had to order parts and I was notified of all costs and approximate timing of repair. The service was courteous and on time.

They came out diagnosed and properly fixed the furnace under the terms of AHS agreement.

Friendly appointment staff and call-ahead notification of exact service time means not being trapped at home for "we'll be there this afternoon...." kudos to Air Supply!

On time, very thorough, explained process.

Nothing fancy, but the tech arrived on time, and called in advance as requested. We recently bought the house, and he went through the HVAC with me, showing me how to do some routine maintenance.

They were very friendly and a mostly responsive office staff. They were at a very busy time when we had the problem, but at least someone answered. The tech came and found a problem that another vendor overlooked twice. They made arrangements for the part and fixed the evaporator coil. They were very nice, and the problem seems to be successfully fixed. The price was our share of a warranty plan.

I was very impressed with this company. They were contacted by my home warranty company, and they had a technician in the area and came over within the hour. The technician listened to the heat pump (A/C) and ''heard'' that the compressor wasn't working. Opened the unit and found a burned wire on the compressor. Replaced the wire with a repair kit and the A/C was working again. Repair took 30 mins. The technician knew right were to start troubleshooting and seemed quite knowledgeable and skilled. They gladly accepted my home warranty and didn't make me feel bad because the home warranty service called them, and not me directly. When asked, technician said the repair would have cost about $175 if I had paid them directly. Price paid is home warranty deductible cost. Will likely call Air Supply for heating / cooling maintenance service next year after my current contract with another vendor ends.

Mike was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to go before he did it. He was there originally to replace a valve, but then I told him about the pipe that was severed during the remodeling on my basement. He said he could fix it with no problem. Angie in the office was great too, however my valve went on backorder, and she was to call me on Wednesday and never did. I had to call 4 or 5 days later to follow up to find out the valve was on backorder. My previous experiences with Angie have been great so I'm not holding that against her.(came out last year to repair A/C) Mike came out and was able to determine that they could use an equivalent valve at the same price. Overall, they were great. I would hire them again. I paid a bit more than expected, but that was mostly due to the 11 lbs refrigerant they had to replace from my severed pipe.

Mike, the technician, was professional and polite. He showed me the parts on the AC unit that needed to be replaced and provided a complete explanation of the work that would be done. He did a thorough job. I've also used Air Supply for furnace maintenance. I'll continue to use Air Supply because the service is always consistent and reliable.

The Air Supply technician (whose name I do not recall) was polite, knowledgeable, and was fairly open about communication (what he was looking at and why). He was very thorough, more thorough than any other company from whom we obtained a quote. He represented Air Supply well. The price: Unknown at this time however we did receive a call from Air Supply within 24 hours to let us know that they were still looking for a scratch-n-dent unit on our behalf. I was very impressed with the technician they sent out for the quote. I would trust him fully to do the work.

I WAS PLEASED WHEN I CALLED AIR SUPPLY. I WAS GIVEN A FLAT RATE FOR THE MAINTENANCE CHECK ON MY GAS FURNACE, AND ADDITIONAL RATE FOR THE HEAT PUMP ($17.50 FOR EACH 15 MINS TO CHECK THE HEAT PUMP). THE REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAINED WHAT SERVICES WOULD BE PERFORMED AND GAVE A RANGE OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE HEAT PUMP (APPROX 30-45 MINS) SO I COULD ESTIMATE THE LABOR. I FOUND A COUPON FOR THE HUMIDIFIER THEY RECOMMENDED ON THE INTERNET AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ACCEPT THE COUPON. I ENDED UP CHOOSING ANOTHER FIRM BECAUSE OF A BETTER RATE ON THE MAINTENANCE (FLAT RATE FOR THE HEAT PUMP / GAS FURNACE COMBINATION) AND A VERY SIMILAR PRICE ON THE HUMIDIFIER EVEN WITHOUT A COUPON. BOTH FIRMS COULD SERVICE MY SYSTEM ON THE SAME DAY. I WILL CONTACT THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHEN I AM PRICING WORK ON MY HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM.

THEY ARE THE ONLY PRICE I RECEIVED SO I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO MAKE A DECISION.

COMPANY WAS PROMPT WITH AN APPOINTMENT W/IN 2 DAYS. THEY CALLED AHEAD TO LET US KNOW EXACTLY WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. SHAWN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE, POLITE & FAST. HE SEEMED TO GENERALLY ENJOY HIS WORK WHICH MADE OUR EXPERIENCE ALL THE MORE ENJOYABLE. VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE.
