+ -1 moreHORRIBLE experience with Jason, who told me to caulk my windows shut if I don't like air coming in. Turns out, every single window AIM installed in my brand new build is warped and has to be replaced. It took me TEN MONTHS to convince them the amount of air leaking into my home was not normal. They treat women like we're stupid. It's 1889 for this company. They bark at you and you are supposed to say thank you. Totally ridiculous. Mark, the owner, is very nice, but very out of touch with what his team says and does. AWFUL. Cannot say enough terrible things about this 'company' which is really one family with a few others who have no people skills.
Description of Work: Every single window installed in a brand new Romanelli & Hughes $1.1M home was WARPED.

Description of Work: this provider installed thew original windows that came with our house. But several of the double-pane windows seals were breached. When we called them to get support they said the warranty was voided. We understood that, but it's obvious the quality of the installed windows was poor to begin with and there were no markings on the windows that identified them as the original installers of their product. So, it would appear they are too ashamed of their product to advertise.

Description of Work: Replaced all of windows after house fire. Installed two french doors. All vinyl. Casement windows with grids. They look great! So far they are solid and secure without drafts. Company was very professional and prompt. Order and delivery prompt. We love them so far and company was great to work with.
