+ -1 moreTheir wonderful their very thorough their really good. Well they were thorough, professional, on time cleaned up, I could not say enough positive things about them I was very happy with them and the result.
Description of Work: Remodeling two bathroom. They repair drains and all kinds of stuff in the cross space and also they did a lot of work in the attic, they had to totally tear out the one bathroom they had to take it apart and start over.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough about this family ...I have had them do so many projects for me in the last 30 years and so when we bought our new place I had them come in and do their magic. they are so tuned into detail and they are truely artists in everything they do. We bought a place that was 85% done to our liking and they did all the things I needed to bring it up to 100% before we moved in ...and believe me there was a long list of details I wanted done...I made a list from painting, carpentry work ...ligthing ,fans..closet shelving redos to fit my taste..plumbing...you name it they do it . They come when they say they will..they work all day and I totally trust them...Yes they may be a tad more in price but whether it is redoing skylights so they wont leak or putting windows in ...they do it right and if they think something wont work ..they will tell you... they dont play loud music , they dont smoke , they clean up everything everyday and they are fun to be around...and I will gladly have them for future projects as they come up.

+ 4 moreI started looking for contractors in early 2012 to make upgrades/remodel. After seven contractors came out to my house and was only able to obtain 1 estimate(which I was willing to sign, contractor never showed up after our scheduled appoinment). I set up an account through Angie's List and found Agriesti Remodeling. Within 5 days they inspected the property, provided me with an accurate estimate, and were willing to put me on their schedule. After the meeting with both Mark and Frank I knew they were these were the guys to use. The upgrades/remodel included new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and sliding patio doors. They were in and out in 2 weeks and could not be happier with the work they did. I highly recomend the Agreisti's and will not even consider another contractor on future projects. + 3 moreI've used Agriesti Remodeling before and appreciate their efficiency, dependability, and quality work. I scheduled an estimate, they arrived on schedule. We discussed options for repairs versus replacement, materials to be matched, requirements for proper installation of shutoffs etc. They had many ideas and were helpful. They provided a very reasonable written estimate the next day. In a couple days I authorized the work and they started right away and were done in several more days. I received a call each day noting progress and asking any questions. Samples were left for my selection right away and they were able to acquire materials quickly and complete the projects. I was in a hurry to complete the projects as we were trying to place the house on the market and they were flexible with their schedule and gracious in accommodating several items that were added.
Description of Work: Took care of a long list of repairs to prepare a house to go on the market. Did an excellent job on every one. Very fast and professional. Took care of all construction dust and debri and left everything very clean. Made good suggestions for smart cost effective repairs, but everything was completed as if I were going to live there. Repaired outside masonry post and carefully matched the existing brick, installed 9 steel beams in the basement and I've received numerous comments on the skill that they were installed (And, they notched all the shelving to fit), smoothed and primed plaster ceiling to look new (a ceiling that had been carelessly repaired by a different contractor), rebuilt faucets, removed toilet & sink to replace subfloor in a half bath and installed laminate perfectly matched to the existing floor with 12 year old pergo, fixed electric box installed improperly and found an outlet cover style that seemed impossible to find, replaced bathroom exhaust fan parts as necessary, saving money from replacing entire unit, replaced broken window glass, installed gutter to drain connectors neglected by roofing/gutter installer, installed a dishwasher.

They use booties when in the home and they put down cloths where they are working and when they say they will be here at dawn the next morning they are here. They are spectacular! We have not found anything to be negative about the experiences we have had and they have risen to my particular in being neat and precise. They are very particular about their work. We will be using them again in the future.
Description of Work: They remodeled a closet situation in one of our bedrooms and turned a partial wall of closets into a full wall of closets. They did not do any organization on the inside of the closets as this was not needed by us. We also had them repaint all of the 6 panel doors in the upstairs. They have also put in a skylight in one of our children’s homes and they did work for another child’s home.

Description of Work: They remodeled and extended the bathroom. They also found and fixed a leak in the dining room window. Next, they fixed and replaced an outdoor siding, and installed an outdoor fountain and other miscellaneous items.

+ 0 moreMark and Frank Agriesti did and excellent job. This was no surprise as we used them a few years ago to remodel our kitchen and the other bathroom. Our home was built in 1965. As with any home this age, remodeling often reveals a few things that weren't as they should be. The Agriesti brothers are excellant at dealing with these. Their care and workmanship were top notch. The took steps to minimize dust and cleaned up every day before leaving. We would use them again without hesitation.
Description of Work: We hired Agriesti's Remodeling to completely remodel our main bathroom. This included stripping the bathroom of all tile (floor and walls), wall treatments, bath fixtures and removing the soffits over the washbowl and tub/shower. A fair amount of rewiring and replumbing was involved. We also had them install a light tunnel to the roof to bring daylight to this inside bathroom.

+ -1 moreI was impressed with the teamwork, communication and professional manner in which they carried out the work. From inspection, bid and construction we were very pleased. At one time two family members and an assistant were working to get everything done. They made sure there was adaquate support in the area where the door was widened and put in extra header support over the new opening. No one can tell where they cut or filled in. We will call them first from now on.
Description of Work: We wanted a door between the dinning room and living room widened and done quickly (before the carpet was going to be installed). Two members of the Agriesti family came out and inspected the area, subfloor and rafters to make sure the work could be done. They fit us in in between jobs and spent a long day until the job was finished and structurally sound.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY CONSISTS OF 2 BROTHERS, WITH SUPPORT FROM THEIR FATHER ON OCCASION. THE BROTHERS BOTH CAME TO BID ON THE WORK. THEY WERE PERSONABLE, SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS. HOWEVER, MANY COMMENTS WERE ORIENTED AROUND PROBLEMS, RATHER THAN FINDING CREATIVE SOLUTIONS. THEY SUBMITTED A BID ON TIME, HOWEVER WE DID NOT SELECT THEM FOR THE WORK SINCE THEIR QUOTE WAS SEVERAL TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HIGHER THAN OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: WE WERE DOING AN EXTENSIVE HOME REMODELING PROJECT THAT INCLUDED MULTIPLE BATHROOMS, LOTS OF DRYWALL, HOME OFFICE, BASEMENT REMODEL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PAINTING, AND TRIM WORK. WE CALLED SEVERAL REMODEL COMPANIES, AND HANDYMEN FROM ANGIE'S LIST TO BID ON THE WORK.
