I ordered new windows for my house. I wanted windows that would qualify for the tax credit. I was told, and it was written on the contract that the windows I would be getting would qualify for the tax credit. About a month after the company originally said they would be installed, they came and installed windows that do not qualify for the tax credit. The work was also done poorly. The Windows and the doors were installed OK, but the molding around the windows and the doors is atrocious. The nails are exposed (they are supposed to cover them) and in some cases the corner of the molding does not come together to form a 90 degree angle. About half of the cuts are off. I have been waiting two weeks for information on when or if this will get fixed and have heard nothing. They also did not take the old doors with them, as was stated in the contract. In the future I would find a different company for my windows needs.
Description of Work: Replaced two door, and 10 Windows.
