 + -1 moreIt went really well. They're very good; as their name goes, they're affordable. They're prompt, they work hard and stay until the job is done correctly, they clean up after themselves. We've used them for a few years now and we've always been happy with the quality workmanship they provide. We would certainly recommend them to others. They pulled up all the sod from our drainage and replaced the problem and our yard still looks wonderful. You would never know they did all of the repair work, they did such a good job with it all. We will continue to call them for our regular maintenance.

 + 0 moreThey found a spout that was clogged. It went not as smoothly as I would have liked. They left heavy tools and I have children so it made me leery. A few weeks later I called back that one was not draining well. I have had three call backs and I feel the problem isn't resolved. I didn't like there unresponsiveness.

Description of Work: I called to request gutter cleaning and asked if they could call me when they were on thier way, on the day the service was scheduled, so I coauld meet them confirm the service and pay them. They promissed they would. They never called. I even called them late the day they were scheduled to find out what was up. Left a voice mail. Never got a call back. As far as I know never performed the sevice. Several weeks later I recieved a call about payment. My gutters continue to overflow so I doubt they ever cleaned them. If they did it was not done properly. I asked why they never called and she explaine that they can't do that. Even though I was promissed they would. She offered to come back out when I could be there all day. I declined.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned my gutters and down spouts. My home is largeish, so I think the rate was very reasonable. After they completed the job and after a subsequent storm, I noticed that two of my downspouts were clogged. I called, they came out the next day, 1 downspout had been clogged by a combination of the storm and a missing gutter guard, the second was due to a pipe being clogged under ground. They were responsive and professional, fixed the 1 downspout that they could and quoted me for fixing the under ground issue (not covered by the standard gutter cleaning), which is understandable. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

 + 0 moreBecause I can no longer climb a ladder to the second story, I asked the two gentlemen if they could reposition a amall roof TV antenna for me and replace two upper-level floodlight bulbs. They did so and did not charge me for doing the tasks. Exemplary service!
Description of Work: Outstanding service! I was very concerned about water overflowing from an upper gutter that was cascading on to a lower roof and had begun to cause a leak. The two gentlemen from Affordable came the day after I called,, assessed the situation, determined that it was caused by two birds' nests built in the gutter, and cleaned them out. The rest of the gutter was clear. The gutter was covered by "gutter toppers" that had apparently been pried loose at one end by raccoons. That gave the birds access to the gutter. The work was complete within an hour. Two storms since then with no problems.

 + 1 moreI have called upon Damond every year for the last three years to clean my gutters and twice he has snaked my sump pump drain of trees and roots. Damond even pointed out my neighbor's problem with her drainage pipe while performing work for me and he fixed my neighbor's problem that same day! Damond is courteous, punctual and professional. He also gave me tips on how to alleviate any future problems I may have my with my sump pump. .

Description of Work: They called me back right away and came out the next day like promised!! The gentleman gave me an estimate and explained in detail what he was going to perform. He was also willing to work with me on payment arrangements. They immediately preformed the services we agreed on, which was, Gutter cleaning, repair in a few places and installed some toppers I had provided as well as remove and replace all screens that were already there. Some of the gutters were coming away from the house and they fixed those as well. We built our home and had never had them professionally cleaned, yet we back to woods and have since had a new roof installed so there was ALOT of debris. I would HIGHLY recommend Affordable Gutter Cleaning to anyone!! Very professional, competitive pricing and prompt service!!

 + -1 moreI had called several other companies to try to get an estimate for service, but either got the runaround or no one would return my calls. Affordable Gutter was very prompt about returning my call and gave me an estimate over the phone. They came out in a reasonable amount of time to complete the work and it did not take them long. They were able to clear the blockage and took the time to show me what the problem was and how I could help prevent it in the future (roots and weeds were clogging the perforated pipe). Usually people do not take the time to explain things like that, so I was very pleased. I will definitely use them in the future for gutter cleaning.
