+ -1 moreI received a flyer in the mail advertising ADT services at a special rate and no equipment costs. The person I talked to on the phone did not tell me about all the extra charges it would take to get the services I was getting with my old security provider (AT&T Digital Life). I ended up spending $450 in extra equipment and $16/mo. more than I intended. I was not even able to get a discounted first year introductory rate that was on my flyer. The move from AT&T to ADT was a bad one. I feel it was a case of bait-and-switch and I am not happy about it.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time that I have called to try to get service. Wait times on the phone are astronomical! Then, when I have had a chance to talk to someone I am sent from one person to another (with more wait time) and told different stories. For the repair I have been told that it would be almost three weeks until they can get a repair person out!
Description of Work: I have been trying to get service for a damaged part.
