Description of Work: As expected, Christopher Scott responded quickly; made an appointment; reviewed and gave the option of getting parts from him or buy ourselves; arrived on time and completed service efficiently cleaning up; his cost was within his estimate. We've used the plumber on 4 occaisions and will not use anyone else.

+ 0 moreHe seemed like a really nice guy and answered my questions. He came when he said he would and he answered my calls right away on the weekends even. He seemed like he would have done a real thorough job. He looked at all the parts and emailed me back a quote. The price was pretty reasonable. I haven't done the work yet and haven't decided on somebody. I am still considering him. He seemed like a dependable and reliable person who would have done a good job.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Adena Brook Group to take out an old bathtub and tub surround and install a new one with the plumbing.

Description of Work: Adena Brook Group replaced plumbing underneath my sink and also made a change to the plumbing in my basement.

+ -1 moreVery well. I found some water a few days later, and he came by quick to inspect the job.
Description of Work: I live in an old Clintonville house, with plenty of "hacked together" plumbing and electrical work. The PVC under my kitchen sink was all kinds of messed up, with nearly every joint leaking from shoddy work. Chris came within an hour and walked me through the possible solutions. We made a decision, and he quickly, calmly cut and assembled a new PVC trap. He was incredibly nice, and took the time to tidy up afterwards. I'd recommend him to anyone!

+ -1 moreChris is so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and meticulous and clean with his work. He's reasonably priced and very price conscious in doing the work and staying within budget. Chris more than exceeded my expectations and I have recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: Chris Scott (the owner) tore out the plumbing for kitchen sink and installed the new sink, and also repaired a bathroom shower faucet.
