Active Glass was fantastic. They responded promptly to my request for quote. They even told me I could save money by dropping the doors off at their shop. The work they did was great. I would definitely use them again.

What a great company Active Glass is! Everything was superb, from the phone person to the person who picked up damaged deck table and delivered the table with the new glass top. The diameter was non-standard, so it had to be made for us. We had a choice of glass and chose one of the more expensive ones because it matched what we had before. The whole job, with pickup and delivery, took about a week! The result was just what we wanted. They told us the price in advance --- very reasonable! --- and there were no surprises. A great, great company!

I called a few other companies and was okay with their estimates but Brian seemed more Knowledgeable and really cared about our situation. (Which means a great deal to me when I hire a contractor). From beginning to finish I could not have asked for a better Company To Hire! They kept in contact with me (as my glass had to be special ordered) and when Brian ran into a problem with installation, he immediately notified me as to when he can return with additional help. Within a couple hours he was right back. Brian and Sam did a great Job! Will definitely hire again.

Probably couldn't have gone better. Arrived on time for estimate appointment, advised of the delivery time for the replacement glass, which was pretty accurate. Replacement was quick, and very professional.

Found 1 crack oh the interior side of home window, After 1 phone call, AG&M came out the next day and measured the window, I received a quote for the job that afternoon. Approved and the order was placed for the replacement glass. Because this is an annealed insulated glass unit, I was informed it would be about 2 weeks for the glass unit. Sure enough, 2 weeks later- glass unit available and was able to have it installed that week. Installation took less than 15 minutes and the service technician called because he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come early. You bet!

Glass installed but caulking was very sloppy and not in a bead you would expect from someone installing window glass pane.

Outstanding! Contacted Active Glass to get a quote on making a small round table glass top. Quoted me a very reasonable price and made the product the next day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great service, great price!

We took the mirror in and there was someone available to do the work then. We waited msybe 15 minutes and the mirror was shortened and polished.

They Showed up and installed the glass the day they said, they did an amazing job and were super amazing to work with from a non owner occupants point of view! i will be using them in the future on other properties i own! Amazing job guys! Oh as far as price point it was 130 dollars for a small bathroom window that was shattered.

I contacted Active glass to perform the service described above. Christa was very helpful and we were able to set up an appointment for the repair. The installer, Brian, was on time and replaced the glass which had become crystalized from the broken seals. He was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The cost was just for the labor since the glass was provided by the manufacturer. I was very pleased with the service and the quick turn around by Active Glass. I would use them again if I had window or glass issues. The company also offers a 10% discount to Angie's List customers.

They were very good, I looked for repairs from them. They said I was out of range but they still came out. They are very timely and professional. It didn't take them long to complete job at all.

GLASS WAS CUT SLIGHTLY TOO LARGE FIRST TIME BUT THEH RE-CUT TO CORRECT SIZE

Christa provided a thorough explanation of the various options available. Regular glass has a slight green tint to it, and I asked if there was a colorless variety available, and Christa explained that there was. For that option there was an additional cost and it would have taken longer, so I opted for the regular glass. I also asked about the options available for polishing the edges.

they arrived on time, took the measurements and gave me the final price. My order arrived few days sooner than expected and they came and inserted the window pane. They also offer a 5 year warranty that was transferable to the new owners of the house I was selling.

Great. On time. Quality work. I had some rotten window framing and they recommended a carpenter. Also gave advice on whether to install sconces on an existing mirror.

Because their website says "Custom & Standard shapes & sizes" and "Mirrored walls" I sent Active Glass a request for estimate and included photos of the vanity above which I wanted to install mirrors. Three days later I received a polite response in which I was told "When trying to fit mirrors in between 2 walls and to the ceiling - we have trouble fitting mirrors correctly, due to the fact walls are never exactly square...." I appreciate the candor and them not taking on a project they didn't feel would be successful. Their website needs to be revised to more accurately reflect the work they are willing to do.
