Gave estimate promptly, came when scheduled, and did a professional job.

Although the job had to be rescheduled one time, the office staff was diligent in contacting me to minimize inconvenience. When the work was done, they were prompt, finished within the estimated time and took the old glass away. Looks great! Price was about 60% of other company's estimate. I would definitely hire them again.

The seals have begun to break down and I got huge quotes to replace some windows in my home. I called active glass and they just replaced the glass panes, and the windows look like new. I will be using them to systematically replace the glass in about 10 windows, at a fraction of the cost of new.

Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. Noah performed the estimate. He and another gentleman completed the work. Good job. I am very pleased.

I don't understand how this company ever should have received a super service award for all of those years. I thought that Chuck Wilson was rather rude and condescending. I asked them for an estimate to do the work, they provided it and I agreed to the work. When I asked to schedule it for a Tuesday of the following week, he acted as though he was doing me a favor. He said gas was expensive and he could not run all over the place taking care of customers. Basically, I got the feeling I was putting him out. This will be the last time they work for me.

Christa was exceptionally helpful in scheduling things around my availability and were very knowledgeable, and they were all very professional.

When I called to get an estimate, I requested that they come out on a Tues or Thurs. They told me they couldn't guarantee anything, but would let me know. They just showed up on a Thurs with no warning, luckily someone was there to let them in. They left their estimate and told me it would be 3-5 business days. Thurs of the following week, they just show up again with no warning, install the replacement glass and then are upset because there was no one available to pay them. When I call the office, my call was received with a very curt answer and no apology. They asked me at that time, would I like to pay with a credit card. I told them that no, they would need to bill me and I would mail them a check. After inspecting the work, I found pieces of glass on the floor, but the window was very nice. I am not rating this company on punctuality, because you can't be punctual if you are not expected! Also, Noah, the technician, was not friendly or personable. Just very curt.

They came out and diagnosed that they would not be able to fix it because it would be less expensive to get the window replaced than to have the custom glass replaced. They did not charge me and I appreciated their honesty!

Excellent. Price was $100.00 lower than the supposed great deal from the builders recommended installer. They came out and worked around my schedule. On time and worked fast. Glass was in less than 1-week after ordering it.

They were very responsive, pleasant, the estimate was the same as the final charge. They came out quickly for the estimate, on a Monday, and the work was completed on Friday, just when they said it would be.

The repairman called me to indicate he was on the way and responded within the time frame they had previously communicated.

I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO SPEND THE PAST TWENTY MINUTES FINISHING THEIR REPAIR JOB. ON ONE WINDOW, I HAD TO CLEAN OFF GLUE OR CAULK RESIDUE FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE GLASS. ON THE OTHER WINDOW, THEY DID NOT COUNTER SINK THE SCREWS (LIKE THOSE ON THE OTHER TWO NON-REPAIRED WINDOW PANELS.) MOREOVER, ONE OF THE THREE SCREWS THAT SECURED THE WINDOW WAS TOO SMALL IN DIAMETER FOR THE HOLE THEY HAD DRILLED. IT MOVED AROUND FREELY AND WAS REMOVED BY HAND. CLEARLY, THEY JUST STUCK IT IN THE HOLE. I COUNTER SUNK THE SCREWS AND REPLACED THE SCREW WITH ONE THAT MATCHED THE SIZE OF THE HOLE.

ACTIVE GLASS GAVE ME A FOUR-HOUR WINDOW THIS AFTERNOON. THE MAN CAME 15 MINUTES AFTER THAT WINDOW HAD ENDED. HE DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR BEING LATE OR GIVE ME HIS NAME. HE LOOKED AT WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE, AND TOLD ME IT WON'T WORK BECAUSE THE WALLS ARE NOT PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. HE WAS VERY CONDESCENDING, RUDE, AND COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW DIFFICULT A JOB THIS WOULD BE AND HOW ANGRY HIS CUTTER WOULD BE WHEN HE SAW THE MEASUREMENTS. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD CALLED BECAUSE I HEARD THEY WERE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO, HE SCOFFED AT ANGIE'S LIST. HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW.

THE WORKERS KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS, AND ALSO DISCUSSED A PROBLEM WITH THE SILL INSTALLATION, AND I WAS INCLUDED IN THE DECISION. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP, AND VALUE, THAT I RECEIVED.

THE CAME OUT & GAVE A BID & THEN, WITHIN 2 WKS, CAME OUT TO PERFORM THE WORK. THEY WERE VERY POLITE & NEAT. THEY HAD TO REMOVE ALL THE WOOD TRIM & THEN REPLACE WOOD AROUND EACH WINDOW. THEY DID NOT BREAK ANY OF THE WOOD PIECES. DID A GREAT JOB.

I CALLED TO GET THE ESTIMATE AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO WORK AROUND MY WORK SCHEDULE. THEY CAME OUT THAT WEEK AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON MY DAY OFF THEY INSTALLED THE MIRROR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY NICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

CHUCK, THE WINDOW INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT. KRISTA ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS EXCELLENT TOO.

MR. CHUCK WILSON AND HIS CREW WERE METICULOUS AND PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NECESSARY DETAILS FROM THE START TO THE FINISH OF THIS JOB. THEY ALL KEPT ME INFORMED AS TO SCHEDULING AND THEIR DAILY PLANS WHILE WORKING ON THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF REPLACING EACH WINDOW. EACH PERSON WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT WHILE WORKING IN MY HOUSE. THEY CLEARED UP EACH AREA AFTER COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION. I WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND MR. WILSON'S COMPANY, AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL ACTIVE GLASS & MIRROR IN THE FUTURE.
