They did a good job they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and the price was what they promised. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I found Chuck on Angie's list. I gave him a call and got a quote. His prices are very good (best I found). I went to see him one day to finalize the order. He wrote the order up and said they would call in a few days. I called him a week later and they said my mirror was ready for pickup. The mirror looked great.

Called on Thursday and they sent someone out the following Monday. The man that came out gave me an estimate first then proceeded with the job, he was very professional and did an excellent job. I was given an estimate over the phone for the size of glass of 41x46 and was told it would be $140 when they got there the price went to $160 not sure if it was because of the thickness of glass or more time involved. I realize phone estimates are not as accurate as on site.

Initially emailed to request quote for acrylic tops. Received response from Christa within 1-2 days. Stopped in to look at samples and maybe order pieces. Person working that day (owner, I think), responded with an off-putting scoff, leading me to the assumption he didn't approve of my wish to purchase acrylic. He told me acrylic scratched very easily and that I'd be better off with glass. I proceeded to get quotes on glass, which were actually less than the acrylic. He took my order and said it would be just a few days. As promised, they called within 2-3 days. I decided to pay for delivery since I had a few longer pieces. Delivery price ($37.50) seemed a little steep for 5 miles away. Delivery guy was courteous and helpful. Other than a not-so-tactful interaction at time of order, it was a very good experience. All pieces fit as expected and look great.

The company provided an estimate and replaced the windows in less than a week. This was a much better experience than the last company that I used.

They gave me a quote immediately over the phone. I ordered the glass soon after and it only took them a few days to fill the order. I picked up the glass and it was perfect. Good work and very professional.

We wanted glass top made for our dining room table, since the verneer is fragile. Called Active Glass and got an approx. estimate over the phone right away. They came out to take exact measurements ($37) and had the glass for the dining room table (plus an additional end table I wanted ) done in about a week. Delivery, cleaning, and setup was another $37. They were significantly cheaper than the estimate of another company. Arrived promptly everytime, the glass fits perfectly and looks great. I am so happy.

I spoke with Krista and received an estimate to have safety backing applied to 5 mirrors. She was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and quick to get back to me with answers. Their estimate was substantially less than another mirror company. But, when I factored in time and gas to haul the mirrors, we made the decision to work with a company closer to us. I felt it was important to acknowledge the fact that I would have preferred doing business with Active Glass had they been closer.

The workman did a great job and cleaned up after he was finished. We will have them back to repair other windows and screens that have damage.

They were on time and came either the same day or the next to check out the work. They were very good.

They replaced the wrong pane. The worker said the tenant showed them the wrong window. They wouldn't work with me to get it corrected.

The 2 individuals that arrived were unpleasant and rude. I would not hire them.

Service was very prompt. I called one day...Active Glass came out the next day. I was told about it takes four days to make pane which was true. Window was installed at a time selected by me and I was called to see if active glass could come one hour early!

Dropped windows off. They called when they were ready. Took about a week as estimated.

Wonderfully polite, courteous and helpful on the phone. Gave description of problem and was told the company had not been successful with a 'polish' approach to all the scratches. Was given a replacement quote over the phone.

I called Active Glass & Mirror immediately and told them I had a broken window that needed replacing hopefully to schedule an appointment the following day. To my surprise, they sent someone out immediately who was courteous and professional and took less than an hour taking out the broken glass and replacing the glass. From initial phone call, my window was fixed professionally in less than 3 hours (saving me a major headache). I would definitely hire them again, but I'm hoping the dog won't make me!

I called them after finding them on Angie's List and talked to Christa. I gave her the measurements on a Friday and she gave me a quote. She had me mail a drawing of the corner so they could get the cut right. She called back on Monday with the final price and mentioned they would have it cut and delivered by Wednesday. The owner and another gentlemen delivered and installed the glass. They were very friendly and conscientious. They cleaned the glass prior to placing it on the desk.

Active Glass come out within two days for an estimate. The work was performed in three days as planned. The quality was as expected.

Great experience - came the next day to give us a free estimate, called us from the house to give us the estimate and performed the repair on the spot.

Mr. Wilson was quick to respond when contacted for an estimate as well as his cost estimate for the pane's replacement. I was greatly impressed with the quality and time spent on the repair particularly in light of the extreme cold temperature that day. He also left all work areas as clean as when he arrived!

Excellent! This company was very responsive to my request for a quote. After giving go ahead the company was right on target with the amount of time it would take to build the windows and complete installation. Noah (the estimator and installer) was very polite and craftsman-like in his work.

They were out to make the repair within four hours of calling the office. Mike was quick and very knowledgeable about the replacement of the glass in our dining room window. Cleaned up after his work and was done very quickly. Mike was a true craftsman in his work. Also, gave us an estimate prior to doing the work which was great.
