The first top ended up to be too small. They took it back and replaced it with a larger round top. There was no hassle and I was very pleased with their service.

We have a 1962 Mid Century Home that was being restored, and the original fluted glass sidelight got broken.After looking for a piece of glass to restore with, I found Active Glass. I spoke to Krista who was most knowledgeable, and suggested to come in to look at samples. After finding one that almost looked like the original, and a couple other possibilities, Krista gave us time to compare and take some samples home. When the installer came out to measure he actually helped in my decision to make the choice and gave good explanations of the type of each glass and durability. I was really impressed with this companies knowledge and their answering my many questions. The service was fast considering order time for specialty glass, and the first piece came in damaged from the manufacturer, and they still got the install done pretty quick. Krista was on top of communicating the date and install. The day of installation the same installer came back, he was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, not to mention quick and cleaned up too. This company has it together! I would highly recommend. They have any wide variety of glass at a good price with or without installation. The customer service and installation is by far the best I have experienced. Thanks Active Glass, the window is actually better than the original!

I called and spoke with Christa and she said someone would be out within 90 minutes. Sure enough Brian called and said he would be here within 20 minutes and he was. He looked at what we needed done and said he would take the screens back to the shop for repair and then bring them back when they were completed. The process took 5 days, but 2 of which were the weekend. Christa called, said the screens were ready and that they would bring them to the house. I told her I wouldn't be home, but if they would take them to the back of the house and put them on the deck. I gave her payment over the phone and when I got home the screens were on the deck just as I requested. The service and quality of the repairs was outstanding!

This company is very prompt, flexible scheduling, and professional. I would use them again and I recommend them for glass and screen replacement.

The individual that performed the repair was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. After installation, he also cleaned up the minor mess. I thought the cost was high until I thought about how much it would cost to replace the entire window. They didn't remove the window frame. Just he upper panel. They were very friendly and I was pleased with the new window.

When our glass table was broken I contacted Active Glass and they came out immediately and gave a spot on estimate. They took one of the four chrome legs of the table to their shop and fabricated a new glass top. Within a couple of days the new glass top was delivered and the table assembled. Super service!

Active Glass and Mirror was very prompt with every part of their service. They came out to the house on time for the assessment and even adjusted a window for free because it was a very easy fix, they gave a fair estimate. Once I called them after closing on the house to order the windows, they were prompt in placing the order and coming out to install. I definitely recommend them for your window needs.

It took them a few days to get out -- and they postponed the repair once -- but it went fine.

I spent about $325 on that service. I have used them before and I think this is the third time they have been out. They are very responsive and they know what they are doing. I did not price the glass elsewhere, so I don’t know if they are pricey or not. The people there are very professional. They actually watch the weather on radar and even though they were scheduled to come out, they called and said that the radar indicated that there was rain coming in. They also asked if I did not mind if they came the next day and I said of course not.

They promptly answered my call and gave an accurate estimate at that time. I took the table to them and the new mirror was ready in 2 days. It fit perfectly and looks great.

Overall, it went well.They showed up for the measurement on time, got the glass order quicker than I thought given it was ordered around Thanksgiving. At the end of the original install, the glass was cracked a bit during the install. I'm not sure I would have notice it, but the installed pointed it right out to me, and we had to order a new pane. I was not charged at this time, and I was impressed with how he handled the incident. It's glass, after all, sometimes it breaks and cracks, no matter what. The second/reinstall date was missed. I called, and they admitted the problem up front. They said they would have someone still come out that day, but I told them it wasn't necessary as my wife also had bronchitis, so we rescheduled it for the next week. The guy showed up on time, the install was quick, and overall, I'm happy with how things went.

I wouldn?t use them because they wouldn?t do the work. Another company did it so obviously it could be done. They were responsive and they came to look at the window but they said they couldn't do it.

While this was a very small job, compared with the work we had done 20 years ago, this shows that they will do any kind of a job no matter how large or small. And needless to say, their prices are very reasonable! They (Sam) are also friendly people to deal with.

Went well overall. I dropped off my pattern and it didn't get attached to the order so when they first called me out to pick it up it was just a rectangular piece of glass. When i told them about the pattern they looked for it and found it. Had to come back the following week, but the staff was apologetic and friendly. The second time the piece was cut perfectly--fit my table well and it's a sturdy, solid piece. Very happy.

Glass was exactly as promised, and repairman cleaned up afterwards. We felt the charge to pickup screens was high at $37, since repairman had to return anyway to pick up a stepstool he had left behind.

They were punctual and did the work very well. It took about a week to get the window ordered, and they were very quick about completing the job.
