Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO MOW A LAWN AND TO TRIM. I FELT THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB ON THE TRIM AND THIS IS WHY I RATED THEM WITH A B ON THE QUALITY, BUT I'M SATISFIED WITH THEIR OVERALL PERFORMANCE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY ARRIVE, START TO WORK AND WITHIN A BLINK OF AN EYE THEY ARE FINISHED AND ON THEIR WAY. WE ARE STILL USING THIS SERVICE AND THUS FAR ARE HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreI HAD PAID THIS ACT SERVICES UP FRONT. THEN WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH, THIS COMPANY KEPT THE LAWN CUT AS DIRECTED. HE WAS NICE TO PUT A RECEIPT IN THE DOOR TO INDICATE THAT HE HAS BEEN BY TO CUT THE GRASS. AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT, THE LAWN HAS BEEN CUT 2 TIMES. I AM VERY PLEASED SO FAR. HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR PAYING FOR 15 CUTTING TIMES UP FRONT WHICH HELPED ME. I CAN GO OUT OF TOWN AND FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE LAWN WILL BE MOWED ON TIME.
Description of Work: KEEP THE LAWN CUT EVERY OTHER WEEK. THIS WILL BE DONE EVERY 2 WEEKS.
