Description of Work: They assessed my roof prior to coming out and asked me questions about my home. When he arrived he had the exact roofing and replaced the ones missing due to wind damage. He even repaired others that needed attention. He assured me that I had more life left in the roof (home built in 2003). I was very impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and most importantly knowledge about what roofing materials needed. He was so efficient!! I will call him when a new roof is needed and have referred him and Angie's List to others.

Description of Work: We had two long-standing complicated roof leaks on our flat-roof garage roof. He figured out the problem and suggested we NOT replace the entire roof (which the other estimators deemed necessary), but replace just the section of the roof contributing to the leaks. The main leak was due to the poor installation of a door, and he gave us the name of an excellent carpenter to remedy that situation, with his crew re-shingling immediately after the carpenter was finished. The other leak is still a work in progress and he has been back twice to remedy the situation, each time responding to my call within hours. I would recommend Ace Roofing to anyone, especially if there is a question as to the cause of a problem.
