 + -1 moreHe is a lousy Architect. You can't believe how may errors and omitions he made in the design on our building. He didn't even know that city requires a storm water CC plan before the plan can be approved. Eventrually, after 6 month delay we have to pay a Civil engineer to have the CC plan done. For some miracles, the city finally proved it. Then he was trying to have us hire him as a construction manager for additional $50,000. There is no way we are going to pay him a penny more. After the beginning of the construction, of course there are more mistakes found in his drawing, we have to hire a structure engineer and a mechanical engineer to add details and correct mistakes by progressing of the construction. The repaires and corrections of the bad design, added more than 20% of the original budget.
Description of Work: He did a poor drawing of a body shop for our business from a our well thought plan. His fee suppose to have all the engineering's details, but not. He kept all the money and no details in his drawing. We had about 10 contractors bidding on the job and everyone said what bad a job he did.
