Derrick was very professional and seemed to be very knowledgable regarding pet stains and re-appearing stains. He took the time to discuss the process with us and what we can do to make the carpets better. We had a scheduling conflict but he went out of his way to make us very happy and satisfied with his services. I highly recommend his company! We will be using him again in the future.

He called before he came to verify the time and got here right when he said he would.
