+ -1 moreRobert is an amazing contractor. He is always very busy, but works evenings and weekends when necessary to reach his customers in a timely manner. He has a stable and knowledgable crew. He will take extra time as necessary. I plan on using his services permanently.
Description of Work: He came out to change 3 sprinkler heads because I had planted a tree that changed the bedding area. He also adjusted 2 other heads that needed reduced because of increased water pressure in the neighborhood.

Description of Work: I've been using Absolute Irrigation for 10 years. They have done a 13 zone system in my backyard and they maintain and upgrade it. I literally see them twice a year. The last time they repaired a couple of heads.

+ -1 moreAbsolute Irrigation repaired a wire that had been chewed through by an animal. Also, raised three irrigation heads in the front yard. The system is now in top working order and ready to go. The irrigation system was installed and maintained by Absolute Irrigation for 5 years. Robert and his crew do a great job.
Description of Work: The price includes spring turn on, fall aeration, backflow test, and winterization. The spring turn on and backflow test were performed on April 25th.

+ -1 moreIt worked out fine. I paid $350 for the parts and labor. My only complaint was that this year they started charging for extra zone. It's about $5 an extra zone so that is about an extra $60 for me. Everything is fine except for the extra zone charge.

+ -1 moreAll work was done on time to highest professional Standards. Robert went out of his way to come up innovative solutions to the drainage problems we were having in this area. Everyone on our task force who came into contact with Robert and saw the work he did was very favorably impressed. I cannot recommend Robert and Absolute too highly. Robert also did work at my home in 2005 approx. That work has performed flawlessly for these past years.
Description of Work: Robert Humphrey & his crew installed irrigation systems and drainage improvements for our Remembrance Garden at my Church. It was a bid procedure and Absolute came in with the best price for the best quality of work with the most flexibility to work as we needed to. I was the task Force Chairman on the project and found Robert's work to exceed the expectations of our Task Force and Pastor in every respect. Absolute also gave the longest warrantee of his work of any company we looked at. He also included several years of servicing in price.

They listen to what you have to say and they come back when they are supposed to when something doesn't go right. I will recommend them and I am very happy with them. I've been using them for about eight years.
Description of Work: I used the lawn irrigation service of Absolute Irrigation Inc. They checked every head and make sure that they are running. They labeled everything too because that was a problem; I have three switch stations and I don't know which one controls which area.

+ -1 moreThey did great service. They sent a letter a few month ago asking us if we wanted to the service. They give you different options. You can have just a spring service or the spring and fall service or a test or you can have irrigation service as well. They give you four or five options and then, you can select one and mail it back. Then, they can set you up with an appointment based on your selection.
Description of Work: Absolute Irrigation Inc. installed our sprinkler system. Then, we signed up to have the spring and fall service and some type of test set as required by the water company. They came out Monday morning to do the testing to make sure that everything is going to work for this year and they also set the timer and everything for us this year based on what we wanted done.

The last time, despite the fact that they have a heavy schedule, our house is on the market, and the inspector was coming, and they worked me in to do the spring start up, and make sure that everything was working well, and replaced the pieces that were missing. The interaction with them was on the phone, and I had a neighbor who came over to let them in.

Description of Work: We are in a home owner’s association and we have used Absolute Irrigation Inc. for four or five years at least. They did property irrigation for the home owner’s association and probably for the ninety-five residence. For my own condo, I had them turn on in the spring, backflow check, and then, turn off in the fall. They also do any repairs that have to be done for the property.

+ -1 moreI pay a yearly fee of $180. They do spring, fall, and back flow check on the water line if it has to be sent in. They are just great to deal with. I was one of Robert’s first customers. He put the system in and he have just treated me A+ ever since. My interaction with them has been excellent as well as the work they did. They are very capable.
Description of Work: I use the services of Absolute Irrigation Inc. every year. They open and close my system. They shut the system down, cleaned up the line, blow everything up, and winterized it the last time they were here.
