Great company to work with. Robert and his team provide great service and he was very helpful in designing our irrigation system to limit the amount of hard surface watering (sidewalks, street, drive-way, etc), which is a huge pet peeve of mine when I see other irrigation companies work.

Robert and William repaired a number of items in our irrigation system (an older system that someone else had installed 15 years ago) - including replacing the solenoid, several spray heads and several valves. They worked in the pouring rain, and came back (after needing to leave to get more supplies because the job was more complicated than it first seemed) and worked long after dark - until the job was done. The service was great, and the price was more than reasonable. We have always appreciated Robert's excellent work and his well-above-average service. On top of that, Robert and his crew(s) are always friendly and easy to work with. We feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful provider, and hope to use his services for more than just the irrigation system.

I had been looking for a reliable and professional irrigation company who could take care of my system after winter and fall . I contacted Absolute Irrigation Inc after reading reviews on Angie's list . Robert did a great job and knew what he was doing . When my last service provider unexpectedly retired from the business, a neighbor recommended Absolute. Their service has been fantastic, so I am driven to provide my first-ever review (I know, I should do this more often)... I signed up for regular spring-and-fall service and when the owner, Robert Humphrey, came to do that, I was blown away. He knew more about my irrigation system in the first five minutes than I, or the last person I had used, ever knew. He and his crew made the necessary repairs, quickly and professionally. I then asked him about installing a new zone to cover an area of my yard not previously covered. Although I initially balked at the price (out of my own ignorance about what was involved), Robert assured me that it was a good price for what I needed done. He was absolutely right about the price and, again, his crew did a quick and professional job in the installation. When I first tried to use the system a couple of weeks later, I was disturbed that no water came out at all. So, I called his office and it was explained that Robert had come out a few evenings before to turn off the water supply and wrap a towel around the back-flow valve to protect the system from a surprise, late-season hard freeze. His office manager told me that he had gone out and bought 150 towels and gone to each of his customers in one evening to make sure their irrigation systems wouldn't be damaged. And he did all of this without being asked and without charging for it! It's been a long time since I have encountered any service provider that takes such pride in his work and conducts his business in such a professional manner. He's the best!

Robert is AWESOME. He removed our backflow valve and drained the water to prevent damage from the freezing water.

We have worked with Absolute Irrigation before, and we used them again this season. As we have been in the past, we were very pleased this year with the professionalism of the company. Very responsive when we had questions or concerns, and always showed at the promised day/time. We highly recommend the company.

Robert and his team were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them. Several of my neighbors also use his team and are also very happy. Process started with them coming out to see lawn area (we were a new build with no sod yet) and design zones. Having never had an irrigation system, this is a critical step as later has a direct impact to how much water you use and thus could waste if done wrong. Also want to make sure even coverage so lawn is uniform. Next came onstallation which included special witch ditch machine to lay underground tubes. That took two days given yard size and project scope. Had to install plumbing in the house, which was done to code. We elected to install controller outside, vs in garage given power location. Robert setup all zone schedules and spent a good bit of time walking me through settings. Robert called a few times to check in and give us advice as weather was going from hots of 90s to lows of 60s in first few weeks. Initial payment also included winter service. Very pleased and worth every penny. Other guys were slightly cheaper, but not the value. Great customer service.

All around excellent experience every time! Robert has been working for us for several years have been very pleased with his knowledge, experience and service!

Amazing. Robert is a wizard at this stuff, and a customer service guru, too. He came out on a Friday evening because of our weird schedule. Unlike some who charge "$50/hr, or $100/hr if you watch", Robert welcomed my standing by to observe and my "help" of occasionally turning the zone on or off. He even conversed with me the entire time as he worked his tail off digging around and through tree roots, finding *two* places where the line was crushed by the roots, and repairing it all within less than an hour. Definitely an A+ rating from me!

They come out twice a year. They are pretty good. We are happy with them. They give you an option each year of what you want done and how many times you want done.

Robert is just great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Do not hesitate. If you have irrigation needs, Robert is your friend. I was very impressed.

It is very good because they always put plastic covers on their shoes when they go down in my basement to turn on and off my water. That is great because it doesn’t get anything dirty. I used to keep rugs out but they don’t even use them so I don’t put them out any more.

They were very professional. He matched the price of another offer that I had received. He also gave me a discount on the next year of service. I was very satisfied with their work.

Timely and efficient service

They are excellent to work with. Most of the people in our neighborhood use them. They are very knowledgeable and prompt. They inform us of any issues in any zone or when we need to adjust any sprinkler heads. Everyone is very pleasant and they call ahead before the appointment.

He is very knowledgeable in his field. As he is working he is letting us know what he is doing and making sure that we understand everything that is going on. He is also very courteous and an all-around wonderful person to do business with. Robert is very prompt and always willing to work with our schedules. I will continue to use this company for years to come and highly recommend this company to others.

They have been servicing our system for 2 years. Are always on time, professional and friendly and do a great job. Have also had them do some repair work last year and they ended up adding a zone to our system so the whole thing works much better now. Would highly recommend their services.

Great company. Robert was very helpful and informative. Installed a solid system and was a fair price compared to others we had priced out. He offers a complete package each year which includes your turn on, turn off and back flow check. He also started to offer other lawn services in the package like aeration, but we found those to be more expensive than other providers. We have had the system in now for over 5 years and its working well.
