Robert is simply the best! In the past, he figured out the solution to a major wet area in our lawn. We have had this issue for years and had at least 4 other Angie's listed irrigation (and drainage companies) out to try and resolve it, but to no avail. Robert evaluated our backyard, figured out the problem and FIXED it by replacing a few heads with specialized ones. We will never use another irrigation company besides Absolute Irrigation. Robert is honest, hardworking and knowledgeable in all aspects of irrigation. Best of all, his price is very fair. I've recommended Robert to my friends and even my boss.

Job 1: We moved into a new home a few months ago, but were not able to get the irrigation system working. Robert scheduled an appointment the day after I called him. He came after I got home from work, which was a plus. Robert found the problem and spent an hour or so tuning up the system. Very nice person to work with. I will call him to winterize and to do some further work on the system this spring. Overall a great experience! Job 2: Robert is very pleasant to work with. We had a mix up on scheduling a time, but when we rescheduled he provided a discount to make up for the reschedule. Very professional, polite, and fair.

Robert was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I contacted him based on previous Angie's List posts. He was very accommodating to my schedule and arrived early for the appointment. Never having an irrigation system before, I asked many questions which he answered honestly and in detail. I will definitely have him come back in the spring.

When he came out, he found the leak right away. He fixed it on the spot. Very helpful and nice. He showed me what had caused the leak. I also had him come out to an estate that I'm selling because I thought there was a leak. He ran the entire system and didn't find a leak, turned out to be something else. Didn't charge me at all for that visit.

Robert and crew did a great job. Their installation was very thorough and works great. The entire process went very well. I would recommend them to anyone considering an irrigation system.

Robert was prompt in providing an estimate and straight forward in his presentation. His work ethic is second to none. He has excellent products, performed the work on schedule, even working through the largest one day rainful of the year. We are very pleased with our system and would recommend Absolute Irrigation to anyone.

Robert and his crew worked like machines 10-12 hrs daily to complete this extensive project. 12 zones were done because of the multiple beds, shade grass areas and sun grass areas. Robert spent a day mapping the plan and working it through to cover each area independently. He had to dig by hand due to the yards limited access and its pool house, stone work and varying elevations. The job was fantastic - they put everything back as it was and taught me the control box - going through each stage and verifying it was working to my expectations. These guys earned every cent and more. Forget getting estimates just call Robert - absolutely the best. Also great communication - which is key.

Robert provided Exceptional service, before, during and after the system install. We found Robert polite, professional, easy to work with and honestly concerned that we were completely satisfied with the installation. His quote was very reasonable, and there was no mark-up in the final price. The install was scheduled quickly and he and his crew were punctual, polite, and picked up after themselves. Robert ensured that he was not only on-site during the entire installation, but directly supervised it. He understood our concerns regarding disturbing our landscaping, and went as far as to rake beds that were disturbed little if at all. The installation was completed within 2 days and the only sign that his crew was there was the addition of the control panel in the garage. I was completely satisfied with Robert's work. His work ethic was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend him.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I was told by the owner that he didn't use subcontractors and that he would be on the jobsite the entire time. He fulfilled that promise. When he gave me my estimate, he gave me a start date and was able to be here as promised. He and his workers were very professional, meticulous in their work and in their clean-up. They are also an excellent company when it comes to job follow-up and customer satisfaction.

I called this company for a written estimate. The owner, Robert Humphrey called me back right away. He met me at my home to discuss what I wanted and how to make certain that the design covered all areas of my lawn and landscaping. I received written estimates from 3 companies. Absolute Irrigation was the only company that had a solution to watering a small section next to my porch where I had recently planted shrub. Mr. Humphreys was very professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Mr. Humphreys was also there when all of the work was performed. He does not subcontract out his work. I would definitely hire him again. He has excellent work ethics and his price was more reasonable than the other two companies that I received estimates from.

Robert is very pleasant to deal with. He is always willing to go the extra mile to meet his customers needs. His work is excellent, and timely. Don't waste your time hunting for others just hire Robert.

Robert is a rare find and someone I will work with for many years to come. He treats you as if you were a member of his family. He is polite, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Though he is very busy, he always tries to make time to address my needs regardless of his schedule. I have recommended him to my own family and friends and have received excellent feedback. I have my 'trusted advisor' for all things related to irrigation and my yard.

Robert was wonderful to work with. He was able to work with my patio contractor, work through some pretty tasty weather and still return our lawn to it's original appearance by the time he left. We found him to be very personable from the beginning and he held true to the dates he gave us during our first meeting. From start to finish he explained each step, explained the equipment and the needs of our lawn. We're particular about our lawn and landscaping and were truly amazed at the end of the project. You could barely tell he had even done anything. He was extremely detail oriented when designing, cleaning up and replacing the lawn and flower beds to their original state. He took the care you would expect him to take if he were doing his own lawn. It's nice to get a great job, great price and to find out there are still some conscientious, hard working, honorable companies out there. Our system works perfectly and has made life easier. We would use him again in a heart beat!!

They were very nice and very professional. I liked the gentlemen very much. There were a couple challenges that he had to overcome. He was not the cheapest, but we went with him because we liked him so much.

Robert's statement on his business card is "100% work ethic." I could not agree more. This guy is fantastic! He gave a accurate, complete and detailed estimate in a timely manner. He worked extremely hard putting in our system during terrible weather and came on a Saturday to finish. He also speaks some Spanish. We had a wonderful experience with this company and I would not hesitate to hire him.

Robert was on time/early, and was very helpful in arranging for the plumber to come. He explained everything very well, and was a pleasure to work with. His charges were extremely reasonable for the amount of work done.

I LOVE THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM ROBERT HUMPHREY. HE CAME FOR THE INITIAL ESTIMATE IN JULY. OUR SOD HAD JUST BEEN PUT IN SO WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER FOR THE ROOTS TO GROW IN. HE CAME BACK AND EXPLAINED TO MY HUSBAND WHERE ALL OF THE ZONES WOULD BE PLACED. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE WITH HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES TO COME OVER BUT HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE WORK WAS DONE OVER TWO DAYS. I WAS PLEASED THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED A LITTLE EARLIER THAN HE TOLD ME. WITH SUCH GREAT SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.
